Chapter 8: Pride Update
Happy Pride Month! I hope everyone here knows how loved and valid they are and if you don't come here right now so I can hug you and make you cookies!
Now in other news, this month we celebrate the queer community we have and the ones who made it possible (especially our beautiful trans people of color who made it all possible at Stonewall). In honor of them and our community, I'm holding a charity event, any and all profits from Free Me this month will go to the Trevor Project to aid their mission to ene suicide in queer youth! You can preorder my book on my website or wait a week and get it on Amazon or Barnes and Nobles!
On top of that, I'm also holding a giveaway! One winner will get a signed copy of my book as well as a limited edition shirt, a couple pride candles, and SO MUCH MORE! Then we have the lovely Miggie Snyder, independent musician and dear friend of mine who has opened preorders for her song Embracing Me on BandCamp! Embracing Me is a song based on Free Me that perfectly tells the story of Josh, Zayne, and ever other LGBTQAIP+ person, and it will make you sob! Embracing Me will be released on June 13th, and all proceeds will also go to the Trevor Project!
