: Reduces the cooldown of all acquired ice-type skills by 3%.

: For every 3 ice-type skills, the cooldown of all ice-type skills decreases by 1%.

-When you acquire this skill, you will have a total of 15 ice-type skills.

-The cooldown of all ice-type skills will be reduced by 8% due to the addition of 5% to the original 3%

If I acquire the ice-type cooldown reduction skill, I will have a total of 16 skills.

Excluding Blink, the rest of them are all ice-type skills.

Honestly, I never thought of learning the ice-type cooldown reduction skill previously because I had fewer cooldowns than anyone else with my 'Iceman' trait.

However, no matter how much cooldown reduction I had, my cooldowns still increased as I leveled up my skills, causing a delay in using my skills.
