Chapter 40: Chapter 39 Roping another race
"Then can I be with you for the time being?" Ais asked, the girls looked at me with menacing eyes. I felt dread of course from their menacing eyes and said
"Come on, it's not my fault that she's like this, alright? I'll make your tattoos change when we got home, ok?" They instantly nodded, Ryuu and Chloe already had their tattoos changed so they wanted to do things with me but it was a simple request and that was sleeping beside me. The onlookers were flabbergasted because a kid having many beauties at his side and even the Goddesses also fell in love with me, they said
"What the hell have I been doing with my life?"
"I can't believe that even a kid defeated me."
"Lucky brat." and such, they were sad and demestated even the men in Loki Familia's core members are looking at me with dagger eyes. Even Bete was mad at me and wanted to jump at me but the girls looked at him with threatening eyes so he just sat there while looking at me. I calmed the girls down and they took a seat at a table that was near Loki Familia, I sat down with the girls and Ais came along as well. I used Shadow Clones to replace Ryuu and Chloe so they could sit with us, I spawned 4 of me and made them to be waiters. The whole pub was surprised by my clones but I just kept talking with the girls and Ais also, I looked at Freya and asked
"So Freya, what are you going to do now? After I acknowledge your tattoo?"
"What other than be with my lover?" She said, but I still can't get over the fact that she's the God of Love so she is the representation of love itself. And the fact that she only interested with my soul that's all but at the same time she loves me for it, the question is will she love another man other than me after seeing an interesting soul also? so I just asked her this
"Freya, I know you're interested in my soul because my soul is different, foreign, not from this world. You love me because of my soul, not my character, not my doings, not my looks, but my soul so what if you found another interesting soul? Will you love him also? Because I don't want my women to love another man other than me." The atmosphere went heavy that instant because when the girls heard that Freya only interested in my soul, they became hostile towards her. Freya also surprised that I knew about her skill which was Discerning Eye and knew that this matter was serious as she herself would love other men who had interesting souls like me.
"Well I can't just only love you can I? I'm the Goddess of Love after all." She said
"... Goodbye then Freya, I hope you can find another interesting soul like mine." I said while wanting to leave the pub because that talk ruined my mood to feast. I stood up and the girls also stood up to leave the pub Ais also stood up to follow me.
"Mia-san I'll be leaving, my clones will be helping you in the pub." I said, we left the pub leaving Freya behind who was still sitting and complementing her decision but I already gave her a choice and she chose not to be with me. Loki decided to follow me apparently and her Familia followed her also, I went to an empty alley and said
"Want to come out? If not you'll miss the only chance in your lifetime to see something magnificent."
"Really~?" Loki just came out and said playfully
"Yes if you just give me Ais and Riveria." I said, I mean they are beauties but for Lefiya, she... isn't my type but she will hang around like Aisha since Lefiya really admired Ais but it can change in the future.
"Ok then!" Loki said, then Bete and the rest came out.
"Loki-sama! What do you mean with Okay?!" Riveria said
"Well you're already so old and there's someone fancy you so why not try to be with him?" Loki said, Riveria is 97 years old if you see from this POV of the story since it's only 10 months went by. Riveria started to think it over and Loki was right, Riveria never been in a relationship with a man.
"LOKI-SAMA! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY GIVING AIS TO THAT BRAT?!" Bete said, I really want to kill him at this rate but the girls are already on the move. They already took out their weapons and cast their magic towards the wolf, Chloe appeared behind him with a dagger across his neck, Ryuu at his side with her sword on his neck, Saber pointed her Excalibur in front of his nose, Ranye with her claw weapon already pointed his side of the head at his right side, and Hephy and Haruhime already cast their magic ready to shoot him. Bete felt powerless at this very moment even if he was a level 6 adventurer and regretting his action.
"Brat? Did you call Alex brat?" Chloe said, she put her dagger deeper to his neck so some blood would come out.
"Are you seeking death?" Ryuu said, Loki Familia was dumbstruck as they saw that the girls already ready to kill Bete after he said brat to me. They went into the deepest floor yet these girls are stronger than them, I looked at the scene with stars in my eyes because I never been treated like this. I decided to give them a present after this and said
"Ok now, girls don't be like that to the wolf. We still need to go home and I'll be giving you guys a present after this." The girls quickly stored their weapons to the inventory and dismissed the magic they cast, they quickly surrounded me again.
"Well, then shall we go to my place?" I asked Loki
"Let's go!" Loki said excitedly with expectance filled her eyes. I transported us to the 'Soul world' except for the wolf and arrived at the Newcomers' area, I looked at Loki and her Familia including Ais
"Welcome to the 'Soul world'! As you can see we have arrived at the Newcomers' area, please follow the procedure to get your citizenship." I said, then they started to register for their citizenship after it was done, we head back home with Loki and her Familia being our guests. We arrived and we all sat on the living room, I said
"So how is it? Here, I'm a god, and those who proclaim themselves as Gods and Goddesses are just a normal human here. Well, as you can see that you have registered to be my citizens so that means you will be following me from now on except for the wolf or Bete. I do not want him in here and I'm doing this for his own sake because he most likely will make ruckus here and I don't know what will happen to him." Well, I wanted to kill him but could just left him at Danmachi world so I'll just let him live. Loki and the rest were trying to process the information because they never have seen anything like this. After 5 minutes, Finn was the one who started to talk first
"Alex, can you invite the pallum to this world?" Finn said
"I could invite the Pallum here but what can your race do for me?" I said, Tione was pissed of course because the person she loves being questioned like this.
"Oi! Don't question Finn like that!" She said while wanting to grab me but was stopped by the girls.
"Stop, Tione! He's right! This is his domain not mortal world, this is where he rules over everything." Finn said
"Let me ask you once again Finn, what can your race do for me?" I asked, I mean I don't know a single thing about their race and from the looks of it their looks are the same with a child looks so that means I can't let them out from the 'Soul World' even though they are wise and such. In other words, they are useless to me if they can't even help outside the 'Soul World'.
"Alex, my race is known to be the weakest race but we have excellent sight and could see in the dark." Finn said, my eyes went shining at that very moment because I have found the perfect sniper and assassin candidates. They have a small build like a child has but they have excellent sight which if they were trained they could accurately shoot the targets and the fact they could see in the dark means they could use their small build to hide in the shadow and still have perfect sight in the dark.
"Then I will accept your race to the 'Soul World' but at the same time, most of them will be transferred to the military because of your race's traits. But know this I will make those who have malicious intent over this place to be slaved and imprisoned. Do you still want to bring your race to this world?" I said, Finn was ecstatic as their race was declining and depressed at the same time as their so-called Goddess was just a name that their ancestors made up. Finn came to Orario to give hope and pride for the Pallum by becoming one of the strongest adventurers in Orario.
"YES! I WILL STILL BRING MY RACE TO THIS WORLD! THANK YOU ALEX!" He said, he prostrated and thanked me, I prompted him to get up since I want to show him around. After a while, he got up and followed me, the girls and Loki Familia followed me also. I led the tour and first, we went to the residents' district, I showed them the modern homes and buildings. The Loki Familia was awestruck as they were informed that the residents were those slaves and such, then we move on to the Military base since most of the Pallum will be placed at the Military. I explained things about the military and once again the Loki Familia was bewildered as they learned the number of personnel in the military were. Well from what I know the number was already exceeding 5,000 and still increasing as more people came to this world.
But the military was empty since most of the personnel are at the dungeon training and only the new recruits are at the Military base. I showed the gunnery and vehicles also but I don't have many of them yet as I don't know which rifle and such to be picked, that's why in the next world we'll be visiting the modern world. Anyway, after a while, I was tired and Lefiya, Tiona, and Tione also because they are the same age as me. We went back, I entered the hot spring first and the men also entered the hot spring with me, now I made the hot spring to have man and woman sections.
