This novel takes place in a parallel world Earth where there exists super powers in a small portion of the population. It mainly revolves around the academy where our MC goes to which specializes in training such superpowers.
Our protagonist is named Xiao Yang(name is from MTL, don't blame me if I get it wrong.) He transmigrated into the body of a dead Xiao Yang. The body's parents have left to explore the world(go on a honeymoon). The body died when he tried to awaken superpowers by taking a suspicious drug which allowed our MC to transmigrated into the body. Upon awakening, our MC gains the Naruto system. Through this system, our MC can spin a lottery using popularity points to get various items, jutsu's, etc. from Naruto. Since points must be generated through admiration from others(kind of similar to Zhang Ye from IRAS), our MC must bluff his way through and act cool is front of others.
At the academy, Xiao Yang joins the Genius Association(you can guess the members just from the name). Turns out, the association is a gathering of chuunibyou lolis who awaken their powers early.
This novel is a mix of action and comedy, mainly comedy. There is no romance and the heroines are the lolis from the genius association. The plot is front the childish whims of the heroines as they try to join in on some action whenever they smell an event in the air. It is comparatively shorter than most other Chinese novels and is a lighthearted read.
