Chapter 6: A fight between S rankers
Since ryoku wasn't able to use any healing magic. He served as a Subject to study about the practical use of magic. Miss Wells would cut him and the other students healed him. Yes, it was painful. But the pain is nothing since the pain goes away when they heal him.
"I guess that's enough for today," Miss Wells said while facing them.
It's almost time that the Practical magic classes are over.
Ryoku nodded and left the place without speaking to anyone. He headed towards where Ruru was supposed to be. As he reached there, he was surprised. Ruru closed her eyes, and she was using wind magic to fuel the fire.
"My, my. Elemental Combination just when she started learning." Miss Isabelle said in an intrigued voice.
"Too bad, your control on mana still isn't enough to release it towards someone." She added.
"As expected, Ruru excels in almost anything she decides to excel in." He thought to himself. But he still couldn't accept that she was a closet otaku.
Ruru opened her eyes and noticed Ryoku standing at a distance from her.
"Brother!" She yelled. Most male students who were thinking to persuade her instantly felt dejected.
"How was your training?" Ryoku asked Ruru even though he saw everything.
"It's awesome! I always thought what would be using magic feel like and I have to say it's tough. It isn't as easy as I thought. How about you? How was your training?"
"Well uhh…. There is no such chanting for healers with dark magic." He whispered silently.
"What?!?!" Ruru overreacted on his statement.
"Well anyway, let's find Kasel."
They then headed to where Kasel was and when they reached there, they were shocked. They were already doing battle between people. Kasel looked beat. "Just how much did you train in the span of 2 hours?" Ryoku asked Kasel as he approached him.
"Oh, it's you. Not much, I did like 20 matches after they taught me the basics."
"What a monster…." Ryoku thought to himself.
"Well, how many did you win?" Ryoku interrogated.
"Hmm? What do you think? If your guess is 20, you're right"
"Wait seriously? You won all?"
"Yeah"
"Well, you're done here? If so, let's go find Elena." Ryoku said.
They then went to the place where Elena was.
When they reached there, Ruru lost her usual composed behavior. There were animals! They were all fluffy and colorful. Who could keep their calm when surrounded by cute pets.
Elena was holding onto a white cat-like pet.
"Hmm, mind telling me its origin?" Ryoku asked Ellena.
"U-um sure,s-she's from…. Anodoger family w-which is si-similar to t-that of c-cats" she replied.
"Oh, I see. By the way, I know I shouldn't ask but why do you stutter while talking?"
"O-oh that's b-because….. n-nevermind"
"Hey, you can talk freely you know? No need to be shy or nervous." Ryoku said while extending his hand towards her shoulder.
"N-no!" She got terrified seeing his hand raised and she shoved his hand aside.
Ryoku got a gist of the situation. He deduced by her reaction that she was physically abused by someone in their original world. She didn't have much self-confidence which was quite a problem. If this wasn't fixed, she could get killed while fighting.
"S-s-sorry…" Elena said with a sad face.
"It's alright Elena, feel free to talk whenever you want. Do remember we are always around if you need something."
Elena just nodded.
*BANG*
A sudden loud noise was heard by everyone. They quickly rushed to the source of the sound.
As they arrived, Ryoku noticed that almost the entire school came there due to the noise. The source was the Auditorium of the school. The stage of the auditorium was entirely shattered.
A guy with red hair was thrashed into the pieces of the stadium and one guy with yellow hair who was a bit injured was flying in the air.
"Omg, a fight between S rankers"
"Blake and Darly are fighting!"
All these whispers and chatters could be heard from the other students.
"So these are S class students?" Ryoku thought in his mind

"Heh Blake, you dare fight me? get thrashed!"
[Purge Lightning]
The sky got covered with black clouds and it struck a beam of lightning on Blake.
"You think you got me? Dream on!"
[Earth Shield]
A pile of the earth formed a thick layer above Blake and Darly's lightning crashed with the layer of earth to cause a small explosion. The pile of earth got shattered into pieces.
Blake grunted and chanted his second move.
[Fire Fulmination]
A beam of fire was released at a very high speed towards Darly.
Darly smirked and silently casted his defense Magic.
[Water barrier] [Lightning Spear] [Magic Resistance]
"Isn't that triple casting of Daryl?!" One of the guys shouted.
The fire beam when came in contact with the water barrier created by Darly got partially nullified and the rest of it hit him but due to his Magic Resistance buff didn't get much hurt. On the other hand the electric spear penetrated Blake's hand and it was bleeding. He also got the electric shock from the spear.
"Hmm? Are you struggling?" Darly commented on his situation.
"D-DAMN YOU!!!"
[Mana Concentration] [Wind Blast]
[Nullify]
While Blake prepared for a great move, a person chanted nullify which canceled all the magic in the area.
Darly fell from air to ground directly and landed on a soft pillow substance.
Everyone was terrified. They exactly knew only One person could cast a magic nullification move. And it was the current Student Union President, Hiroto.
A terrifying Aura was created in that place and an intense pressure to which almost everyone gave it. Naturally, Ryoku too.
"Well? Now you want to fight unofficially within school grounds?" Hiroto interrogated as he walked closer to them.
"P-president! It's a misunderstanding" Blake said quickly.
"Misunderstanding? Well, shall I kill you and then claim it was a misunderstanding?"
"N-no…" Blake whispered with terror in his eyes.
"Well then, do pay the student union for the damage you have done to the school."
Hiroto then turned to the other people and said, "You all are dispersed. Teachers, please lead them back to class. Today's Physical Education Lecture has been canceled. They are free to go home."
"And you both," he said while facing Blake and Daryl, "You better pay up or else you will be expelled!"
"So they are S rankers….? How is anyone supposed to bear such monsters…" Ryoku thought to himself with a look of admiration towards the S rankers.
