Chapter 218: MTh: Hope Planted in Lianne's Heart

Patrick frowned. He called his assistant to take down the video on the front page. After issuing the order, he faced Anna again to comfort her.

"Don't worry about it. I'll handle it."

Anna could finally relax. She kissed Patrick's cheeks. "It's good I have you. You will also take care of that Lianne, right? We can't allow the public to see her in a new light."

Patrick was hesitant. He did not want to have anything to do with that woman anymore. Especially when that woman finally agreed to free him from the hellish marriage. He just wanted them to go with their separate ways. 

So he disagreed. "We should just leave it be. After taking down the video, people will soon forget about it. We will just appear in public often. That stupid Lianne is an idiot who cannot do anything against us."

Anna did not like his answer.
