Chapter 19: Sports festival (2)
When everyone came back they announced the ranks and who would be moving on. Then the next challenge was picked. It was... Calvary battle we had to make teams and each team had a value. I saw that Kacchan and Kiri were walking towards Shoto and I. I smiled and nodded. My point worth was 1,000,000, Shoto had 205, Kacchan had 200, and Kiri had 170 so our total was 10,000,575 I smiled and they decided that I would be the rider, Kiri would be in front, Kacchan and Shoto would be on the sides and either freeze the enemies and Kacchan would send explosions as a warning. I smiled at how good our plan was. Whenever someone got to close they would get frozen scared or be unsuccessful because I would just fly up or transform into a kitty. so I was sitting on an ice bowl that would be re-frozen when it started to melt because of Kacchan.
We were lead into the field and I called Toga and Shigi down to hand them the equipment that would make it so their quirks were a little magnetized, I modeled Kacchans after the grenades on his hero costume and I modeled Shoto's after light blue Ice crystals. They fit around their arms and wouldn't hinder them because of the enhancements I put on them. The teams were spread out on the field and when the horn sounded for us to go I smiled at everyone, but it wasn't filled with my normal warmth it was cold and sinister making the teams that had started to come for us think twice. I saw that there was a team from 1-B that was focusing on other teams and I liked that Idea I felt a Dark Shadow speeding towards my back I flew up and used my blue fire instinctively on it I felt a new quirk and used it I shined brightly and it backed up I flew back down and I kept the quirk on the low incase it tried it again. I signaled for them to move us towards Uraraka's team that didn't see us coming I snatched it without them noticing. I smiled and we kept going. When I felt a shadow coming near me I smiled and shined the bright light again. There was a team in front of us that was trying to attack us with a force I smirked but I saw Ejiro in the group he looked hypnotized and I smirked I looked up to see Shinso he smiled at me and I high-fived him. Then we got back to the game I told all of my team members to not answer anything to Shinso and they listened. He tried getting me first but it didn't even come close to working.
I smiled at Touya in the stands and waved there was a sound of 'ooo~s' and aweeeeee~'s' from the stands and there were some whistles I saw that Endeavor looked like he was going to explode. I felt that there was going to be someone behind us and I flew up. My team felt this and they stepped forward. The rider fell to the ground. It was Uraraka I giggled quite audibly and she looked a little frightened. I set back down and heard a freezing sound and an explosion at the same time from either side of me. I saw Tokiyami and the one dude from 1-B's teams frozen and fried I laughed as I smelt burnt chicken and the rest of my team also laughed we moved around more and saw teams dropping like flies... quiet literally. I saw a team that might have been a problem, But one of the horses the front one stepped on a rock and they all fell. I smiled a bit sadistically and by the time it was the third minute there were teams that were frozen in place, disqualified, going to the nurse and fried. We were the only team left and automatically won. Ejiro had dropped out of the finals because of the mind control Shinso put him under and We were showed what we would be doing next.
We would be fighting each other I smiled and waited to be shown who I was fighting. I saw I was fighting Shinso and smiled. If I won against Shin I would be fighting Sho though. I was a little sad about that but it couldn't be helped. I remembered a quirk I had gotten the other week and It was the ability to resist mind control, of course, I would play along and lead him on until I was almost out I would "break out" and fight him. I also saw that if I won against Shoto I would fight Kacchan which I was happy about. I saw that Kacchan would be fighting Kiri then whoever won between me and Shoto. I smiled when It was me and Shin first we walked over to the place we would fight when told to.
I got in a fighting stance and when the start sounded Shin hit where it hurt. 'Don't you wish your mom were here to see this?' I roared in anger and answered him with "YOU FUCKER!" people looked a little shocked but I smirked coldly and Shin had me under his 'control' He told me 'walk out of the ring I turned around and just as I was about to take the last step out my wings sprouted and I instead flipped around to right in front of him picked him up and stood on the edge on the ring I set him down and when he realized where he was not pleased. I smiled coldly and my wings went back into the scars I had gotten when I first sprouted them. It had hurt at first but I had gotten used to it.
'THHHHHHHEEEE WINNNNERRRR IS IZZZUUUKKUUUU MIDORIYAAAAAAA' The loudspeaker shouted. I smirked and waved at Toga, Shigi, Touya, and someone who had joined them I only saw them for a second when it was time for Kacchan and Kiri to fight. I went to the side and watched it at the stadium. It was done rather quickly because of the explosions Kiri had been pushed out of the wring slowly but surely. It was then time for Shoto and me to fight. I smirked and walked up to him. I gave him a peck on the cheek and walked into the fighting area with him.
"Sorry if this hurts babe," he coaxed when the match began. His fire flared up and he made it blaze in my direction I just stood there and waited for it to reach me sure it pushed me back a little but I was fine because of my fire resistance. I walked through the flames making it so I had a tail of blue fire and it was mixing with the regular fire. I reached Shoto gave him a kiss out of the flames and my wings unfolded I picked him up and set him out of the ring he growled and I smiled. I gave him another kiss. The loudspeaker repeated the phrase 'THHHHHHHEEEE WINNNNERRRR IS IZZZUUUKKUUUU MIDORIYAAAAAAA' This time it had a little more excitement. They put the fire out and I stayed in the wring drinking some water to get ready. I smiled and waited for Kacchan to be ready. I smirked and waited a little more. When he was finally ready He took up a pose ready to murder. I smiled even more and waited a bit more They said go and he launched I shot up into the sky summoning my hero scythe and set back down. I put the blade away and got in a pose close to the ground. I stood up close to the edge and Kacchan was about to shoot forward when a bunch of walls went up. Kacchan was restrained and I smiled and chuckled I took a video of him getting restrained and smiled even more.
I easily won over him when my blue fire blazed and he tried avoiding it he did but the price was he shot out of the wring. The phrase that was the third charm was yelled again and I smirked I bowed and shot up into the air so they could clean up the wring. I flew back down and our ranks were chosen. I was first and I held the trophy Kacchan had gotten unrestrained and Shoto was holding my hand from the third-place podium. When everything was officially done and the students were allowed outside I saw who had been with Touya, Toga, and Shigi. It was my dad. I smiled widely and ran towards him there were police officers around him but their hearts were warmed at this sight. I gave him a huge hug and I could tell he was smiling and I smiled right back at him.
I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to face HIM the person I most wanted to kill in this world...
