Chapter 4: Dango for takeout.

Eric L. Tale Pov.
'It must be Pirate Captain, he must be stronger than Chief Petty officer I fought at Marine Base' i thought and smiling.
While I was thinking about how strong he was. I heard marines screaming.
'"Run! Run!"' Multiple marines screamed and some of them ran past us.
'Why are they running?' I thought.
After a few seconds, I came out of thoughts as I felt an earthquake and heard sound breaking sound.
I fell down as the ground shook below my feet. When I stood up I saw the Pirate Captain. He is about 2 meters tall, had short blonde hair, and was wielding a hammer.
I knew I would be dead if I got hit by his hammer. I wanted to try to fight him, but my mom was faster as she started running at him.
Even tho I didn't know how strong my mother is exactly.
But I know that she is stronger than Hammer wielding Pirate.

Tsuru's pov.
I was following close to my son, but when we reached port I lost him.
While I was looking for Tale I saw him rush into a small group of pirates. I was gonna stop him, but I saw the determination on his face so I stopped and looked at him. I was ready to save him if something bad happened.
I saw Tale punch a guy in the back and he collapsed. 'Good, but still weak, gonna have to train him more' I smiled as I thought about training him again.
As I was thinking I saw pirate raise a gun. I was about to shout, but the bullet was faster. I saw Tale's leg getting grazed, but then he punched the guy and killed him.
'I will have to punish you.' I thought as I saw Tale going around killing multiple pirate groups.
'He's improving fast.' I was surprised as I saw Tale getting better and better as he fought more.
I saw Tale stop for a few seconds before he looked around, when our eyes met we both smiled, and he started running to me, while he was running he fell down.
As soon as he fell down I saw a bullet land next to him.
'I will kill you for trying to sneak attack my baby!' I said in my head as I was thinking about how to torture them.
I saw Tale stood up and started walking in my direction.
"Mom, I am tired," Tale said with a tired voice.
I smiled at him and thought, 'How could you not be tired? You just fought and killed for the first time.'
As I was gonna start comforting Tale, I heard someone screaming.
"Who! The Hell dares to kill my brothers!" An unknown voice screamed.
'This must be the Captain. I will kill you last.' I said in my head and smiled.
I saw Pirate Captain raise his Hammer and smash it into the ground.
'Strong!! But not strong enough!' I said in my head and started running at the Pirates.
When I reached the first pirate I threw a punch at him. And he has blasted away.
When pirates nearby realized what happened they rushed at me.
'Are all pirates that weak?' I said in my head as I was punching and dodging their swords.
As I was beating the last few pirates. My instincts told me to dodge, as I jumped a few meters to left I heard a sound breaking notice.
'You finally decided to join.' I said in my voice as I stared at the person in front of me.
"How dare you kill my brothers!!!" Pirate Captain screamed and swung his hammer in my direction.
I jumped a few meters back to dodge it. Then he rushed to his right and grabbed his arm that was holding the hammer, and gave his arm a tug.
As soon as I tugged his hand I heard a hammer fall to the ground.
"YOU!!!!" Pirate Captain screamed as he clutched his Right Hand.
While he was screaming I kicked his Left leg and he fell down.
"I WILL KILL YOU!!!" He screamed as he stood up, picked up a hammer, and started smashing it everywhere.
'Have to be careful!' I said to myself.
I started dodging his hammer. As it was unpredictable where it will smash.
'He should tire out soon.' I said to myself and heard multiple footsteps.
'They finally came back.' I looked at my right and saw Marines coming.
While I was looking at Marines my instincts told me to dodge.
I jumped a few meters to Right and looked at the spot I just stood.
'He's stronger! Have to finish him fast!' I screamed in my mind and rushed at him.
I threw a punch at his head, only for him to dodge. Since my punch was dodged I kicked his right side.
While he was falling down he lost grip on the hammer and it was left smashed in the ground.
'A Chance!!' I rushed to his falling figure and threw a punch to his head and it hit right in the temple.
As soon as he died. Few pirates that were still alive started running but were captured by marines that came back.
"Mom!! Are you okay?!" I heard Tale screaming and turned to where the voice came from, only to fall down as he ran at me and hugged me.
"Everything is okay Dear. Let's go eat something!" I said and started standing up.
After I stood up I saw Marine came up to us.
"Thank you, for taking him down Mam. I am a marine base Captain Lark. Would you like to join marines?" Captain Lark asked us.
"No problem. You can call me Tsuru. And we already joined the marines, Captain Lark." I answer to Captain Lark's questions.
"Oh, then you must be the new Warrant Officer? I will go back to base and promote you, even I don't think I could have taken down this pirate.*sigh* But the highest rank I can give you is Lieutenant Commander. I would like to give a higher rank but my rank doesn't allow that. And may I ask who's the boy next to you is Miss Tsuru?" Captain Lark asked and looked at Tale.
"He's my son Eric L. Tale, Captain Lark," I answered Captain Lark.
"I see, I will go back to base and promote you both Miss Tsuru. Now excuse me." Captain Lark said and started walking into the direction of Marine Base.
"Men!!! Clean this place up. And check the pirate ship to see if there is anything valuable inside it." Captain Lark commanded marines to clean the port.
"Yes sir!!!" All marines saluted and said it out laud.
"Tale lets go!!," I said to Tale and started walking to my favorite restaurant.
"Coming mom!" I heard Tale yelling it and rushing to my side.

Eric L. Tale pov.
"Coming mom!" I yelled and rushed to my mom's side.
I followed my mother as I haven't been to town much since we lived in the near forest.
When we walked into the restaurant I saw that there were only a few empty tables. We sat next to the window.
"Mom, what does this place serve?" I asked my mom since I never been here.
"This restaurant has the best food on this island." My mother said with a serious face.
"Umm, what do we order?" I asked my mother as I didn't see a menu on the table.
While I was thinking what we were gonna order a waitress came up to our table.
"Hello, what would you like to order," Waitress said to my mother while stealing glances at me sometimes.
"We want two pineapple juice, two serving Seafood Paella, and Lobster. Also, some Dango for takeout. Thanks." My mom ordered the dishes.
"Mom, why order Dango? You make the best ones." I said while thinking about the Dango she made when I finished the week of training.
"This restaurant is the greatest one I have ever been to. Even tho these Dango are not as tasty as mine it's still better than anyone else." My mom started to explain how she knew the restaurant boss.
"So, the recipe they use to make Dango is your mom?" I said surprised.
"No, it's not mine, I worked with the boss of the restaurant a few years back to came up with it." My mom said.
While we were talking about Dango, the waitress brought our meal.
"Enjoy the meal." The waitress said and left.
After the waitress left we started eating.
After an hour we were done eating.
"Mom, the dishes here truly are delicious," I said as I was amazed by the taste of the food here.
"Of course it is, this restaurant has a history or two hundred years. I was lucky to know the boss of the restaurant before he lost his arm. He used to make dishes a few times better than this but before he could pass down his skills he lost one of his arms, it's truly sad." My mom said and looked back at the building.
"Mom, I still think your cooking is better!" I said to my mom. I wasn't lying when I said that her dishes were better than these well at least Dango.
"Thank you! Dear." My mom said it and hugged me.
"Mom! Don't hug me in the middle of the town!" I was really embarrassed to get hugged in the middle of the down. I felt a dozen gazes directed at me.
"Don't be embarrassed! I love you." My mom said with a smile as she started hugging me more tightly.
After my mother had recovered her 'Mother energy' we started walking back home.
The walk home took us 20 minutes. When we reached the house I took a bath and got ready to sleep.
When I entered my room and laid on the bed I remembered that today I killed someone for the first time.
'So this is how it feels to. And here I thought that I would feel nothing about it.'
After remembering what happened today I fell asleep.

Giant_Sloth I am in a big dilemma right now.
I don't know what weapon the Tale should use.
I was thinking about the bow, Odisha, or just use fists.
But I can't decide so if you have any ideas about what weapon Tale should use tell me.
Out of the Six Powers, Tale will only learn four of them
Geppo, Tekkai, Soru and Kami-e.
Please tell me if the fighting scene is good because I personally think its bellow average.
