Chapter 1: Just A Little Baby
I let out a suffocating gasp as I shot my eyes open in terror. My heartbeat felt like it's going to rip my chest apart and jump off. It felt like getting chased by a serial killer. Nightmares have become a daily habit for me. But this one is the worst—just deep abyss. Everything is black, eerie. My anxiety was rising inside the dream because I keep fearing the unknown. What if something will jump on to me among those darkness?
"Shh, It's alright my baby,"
Who's voice was that? I couldn't recognize it. A woman's voice. A silvery voice that immediately calmed me down. Light and pleasant. I tried opening my eyes. My vision is slightly blurred since I open my eyes too quickly, causing the refulgence of the sun that came through the window, temporarily blinding my eyes. The first thing I saw is two pair of sapphire jewels-like eyes. Her eyes are captivating. Long pale eyelashes accompanied with a comforting smile aimed at me. Blonde hair that reminded me of daffodils. Some of her locks are tickling my cheek.
Wait a second. This isn't important to think about right now.
My question is, how in the world is she so huge?! She's a titan!
I blinked my eyes and opened my mouth.
"Agu,"
... Agu?
"Yes, Love?" the gorgeous woman soothed, giving me a soft kiss on the forehead.
Love? No! What's wrong with my voice?!
I raised my hands. They felt numb somehow. My eyes turned round like golf balls; my heart skipped a beat when I saw a tiny, chubby, baby fingers: short chubby arms, short chubby legs.
This seemed like a Déjà Vu.
I dreamed of something like this before when I'm seven years old. With my friends, we watched tons of reincarnation animes. Yes, this is just another dream. A dream. That's it. Just close your eyes, and you'll wake up in your apartment. Good idea.
"Hm? You're going back to sleep?"
Why? Why I'm still here?
Isn't this a bit unnatural?! How the hell do those protagonists in reincarnation stories adjust to this bizarre phenomenon?. Ok, Yuta, calm down. There's no reason to panic. This is- probably an intense kind of dream. This is just too absurd. But somehow, because of the shock and confusion that I'm currently feeling made my mind blank.
Even this woman that I guess is my mother, looked concerned because of my blank state.
This went on for several hours until she called the doctors.

Due to the overwhelming shock that I felt, unfamiliar faces kept entering and going out of the room to check my condition. First are doctors. Their outfits are strange, that's all I can say. Then the people who wear maid garbs like those in comics. After the maids, then the little kids that I guessed was my brothers.
I have tons of them. Seven of them to be precise.
Thanks to my mother, I could learn all of their names since she mentioned it.
The first child is Raphael; he's around eleven years old. He's the one among my other brothers to first come to visit me. He looked like a cold-hearted brat. His eyes reminded me of fresh cherries. He's very polite even to his own mother. It's like they are strangers.
A couple of minutes after Raphael visited, twins named Leorys and Sehan came in. They're crazy motherf*ckers. I'm not sure about their age, but they're smaller than Raphael. Way shorter, I'm guessing they're around six or seven years old.
I called them crazy because the moment they looked at me, they started to pluck my hair out.
Fortunately, mother stopped them and ordered them to go outside.
Then one brother appeared out of nowhere. It's like he's a phantom! his name is Juno. He didn't talk at all; he just kept staring at me with his dark blue eyes.
The rest of my brothers showed up at the same time. Three brothers. I could tell Christopher is the second child, he's got the same height as Raphael. A total opposite of Raphael too. Smiles a lot, love entertaining me, he even cradled me!
The energized brat with tousled black hair tried to carry me. He almost dropped me and caused Christopher to beat him up. His name is Edgar.
The other one kept hiding behind Christopher while looking at me with red cheeks. He's Sylvester.
In other words, the only normal brother here is Christopher.
"It's time to sleep, my lovely Ezra,"
𝘌𝘻𝘳𝘢 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳. My new name. I haven't learned about my mother's name yet. She smiled gently at me as she put me inside of a fancy-looking crib. I looked around. The room is spacious, that's for sure. Victorian crafted furniture, fancy wallpaper, wooden floor.
Wow. I still couldn't believe it.
Everything is just happening too fast. Questions keep popping up in my mind, but not a single question is answered. What happened to my real body? What about my apartment? College? Can I go back?. Restlessness because the unpredictable future caused my head to throb.
I decided to go back to sleep.
