Chapter 19: The Garden Scene
The afternoon went by after Pixiestail and Mantranscein finished their last sub for the day; D.A.D.A. and a lunch at the Eaterian Hall as usual with Pumpkin Pies and Fish steaks and many other dishes.
The first semester have passed just like the clouds passing by on the day and the night. The cold November have welcomed everyone in Clairemont, and Second Term have started.
The girls were having a bonding at Le Ezmeralda's Jams and Beverages on Greenlaine Alley.
Freyah ordered a Raspberry Pie and a Butterlatê. Jean Leah got a Bubbly Vanilla tea and a Garlic Pie. Same as the last time, Patricia got a Chocoffee and this time, with a sandwich filled strawberry jam. Pat and Par got shiver cones and a jam burger.
The others were testing the Butterbeer imported from Hogsmeade.
They shopped on a store at the Alley and buy new parchments, Quills|Ink and other school supplies.
Patricia was looking for a Blue ink and a red one on the Ink section and the others were buying a limited edition book, newly published, and was written by J.K Rowling.
She met Kite Eleanor there and she took a glance on him. Kite was getting 4 black inks, when he caught Patricia looking at him.
Kite's eyes are widen when he saw Patricia. Patricia could see a spark on Kite's eyes. What was that? She asked herself. Patricia felt like her stomach have curled and there was this weird sensation flowing within her body. Patricia just smiled at Kite and quickly grab a Blue and Red ink and went to the Book section with the others.
She felt relieved when she got away. Patricia asked herself again, 'What was that?'
All of them went to the underground station at 4 on the afternoon and they safely arrive at Clairemont at 4:11 pm.
They organized there new bought stuffs on their dorms. And went to the Easterian Hall at 6 for dinner.
As usual, they ate loads of food since there are tons of food on the tables. The mistress wasn't on her throne as usual, but the Professors were there. Miss Juria Allen was talking with Ms. Taylor and Mr. Corry was talking with Mr. Lupin.
Patricia caught a glimpse of Vic Fuentes on the Blandestine table. And beside Vic was Kite. Kite caught Patricia and Patricia looked away inconspicuously.
It was an exhausting day and when they arrived on the Pixiestail room, they bade goodnight to each other and went to their dorms. They easily fell asleep and welcome Monday!.
Patricia waked up early, and wake Peteriona and Pariana in their slumbers. The two groaned in annoyance, but really, the two got off from their beds and the three of them took a bath and dressed up on their uniforms.
They went down on the spiral staircase and met the other members of Pixies squad.
"Hey Leah Jean, you're a bit blooming today, what's up?" Asked Peteriona.
"Nothing." Leah said plainly.
"She's going out with John this afternoon." Freyah 'Jan' replied.
"No I'm not." Jean denied.
"Yes you are."Freyah retaliated.
"Oh, And Pete, She's going out with Joseph this afternoon too." Jean said, while grinning. Freyah did not argue back.
"Great,.." Pete commented. Yang looked at her while grinning. And Pete pouted.
They went to Easterian Hall for breakfast and went to their first period after. The Pixiestail is having a Potion with Wentriworth.
The subject was not eventful. There next sub was Ms. Camilla and they were heading there still together.
Miss Camilla put an individual activity. Twas conjuring a pet. Patricia successfully conjured an owl. Peteriona conjured a Dog and Pariana conjured a Cat. The others were like Parrots and Lady Bugs. Ms. Camilla marked them 10, and they kept the Pets on there dorms since their next sub was Spells and Chants with Ms. Taylor but Ms. Taylor called it a day.
Ms. Taylor only entered the classroom to tell them to study the spells on there bracelets. Patricia and the others were still having the Bracelets on their individual wrists.
Patricia named the owl, since the owl was a she, she named her Claire. Claire the owl. Pariana decided to call her Cat 'witty'. Peteriona named her pup 'shaggy'. Kylee Quinn conjured a Parrot, and she named Her 'Alien'.
They went to the Easterian Hall for lunch and the afternoon have come. Leah and Freyah were going out of the Pixies room, since they were on a date.
Kylee, Carhene, Aimee, And Girlie were talking about crushes in the room in front of the fireplace.
Pariana, Peteriona, Cana, and Ellah were talking about Ellah's invention. Yang, Blake, and Thinkers were talking about anime. And Patricia was going outdoors. She wear a sweater and a jean.
She went down to the golden staircase and off to the School grounds. She was planning to go for a walk since she wanted to breathe some fresh airs. And the school ground was a perfect place.
She was walking on the school's garden when she heard a conversation from up ahead. She go on forward and saw Jake Thompson and his group. Bullying again, does he?
Patricia hide on the bushes and continued watching them. But it wasn't Jake Thompson who was bullying the poor boy. It was Marco Ronnie, a Blandestine git, and a friend of Jake. Jake was only looking hopelessly to the boy.
To her surprise, the bullied boy was Kite Eleanor. His glasses have been stomp over by a big fatty boy named Charles. Kite Eleanor was on the ground lying, And Marco was beating the hell out of Kite.
Patricia could not bear to see it any longer and she went near them.
"Stop it! I demand you to stop!" Yelled Patricia, her hands formed into a fist.
The boys looked at her. And Kite looked at Patricia like he was sure it was Patricia but could not totally figure out it was her, his glasses was broken and that's a fact.
The boys whistled at Patricia and and sniggered.
"Now who do we have here? The nerd's girlfriend? Have you come to save your boyfriend in distress?" The boys laugh at what Marco have said.
"Enough of your foolishness!" Patricia yelled.
"What are you going to do then, punch me with your small fists?" Marco snickers.
"Well I'm gonna do better than that." Said Pat hotly.
"You mean you're gonna use your wand? We both know that it's prohibited to use magic outdoors or even in the corridors. So save your speech for later Miss, if you don't want to be beaten too." Said Marco confidently. The other boys on his back were massaging their knuckles and smirk.
"Who says that I will use magic with a wand. Wands are made of woods. They could be easily broken." Said Patricia coolly.
"Marco, I think I know her. She's with the Roses. She's one of them." A boy whispered to Marco. But inspite of the low voice talked, Patricia could still hear them.
"This girl is a beas--" whispered Marco. Patricia smirked at them.
"Shut up, she might hear you." Said the boy.
Marco was a bit shock. He composed himself like nothing happened and turned to Patricia.
"Well, You wanna get your dumb boyfriend back, he's yours. C'mon let's leave them alone." Said Marco coolly and walked, he passed Patricia and the other boys also followed him.
"For the last time, he ain't my boyfriend stupid!" Patricia yelled furiously at Marco. But Marco ignored her.
Jake Thompson was the last to walked.
"Nice done, Hayes." Said Jake with a smirk and a shrugged. He followed the boys.
