It only took him a few seconds to read through all of this with his enhanced mind and he only saw one thing that could help him. He quickly claimed the rewards from the quest <Basics Of Magic>. He ignored everything except the book: Entering Your Mental Domain. He took it out of his inventory and began to read it rapidly. Time was ticking and it wouldn't wait for anyone not even him.
