Chapter 4: Old Man's Demise
"Light of thorns."
Old man sin casted a tier 14 spell definitely known as the light of thorns. Which causes the sky to thundered and rained a thousands of shining needles. It was no simple needles, nonetheless it has the size of a giant sword.

A large and thick stone immediately covered all the magicians from the falling of the light needles coming from the sky.

But it cannot be able to hold off for too long. The stone started to crack and the four magicians started to get nervous. It wasn't the time to fool around anymore, they needed to do something about that light sword without a form showering into them.
They thought and thought what to do Just to escape, even if they fly by Dread's wind magic. they will still get hit by the thousand of falling needles, and the only thing that they can do is to protect themselves or.

"Rahhh!! What I hate the most is getting pussy!!! It's just a small needles what are you afraid of?" Boulder roared furiously.
The nature magician Charles, Boulder and Traydor instantly rushed out of the cracked stone and casted their strongest tier magic spells...

Dread doesn't want to fight anymore. He just wanted to escape. Even his tornado couldn't handle that many light needles. Just even one of those thousands of needles is enough for him to die.
—Suddenly king Kyle appeared with the wounded queen Stefilia on his arms, as a petty hostage...
"Stefilia!!" Sin thundered, ''Take off your hands from her! or you really will die a painful death!''
"You think I'm scared?"
Kyle pointed a sword unto the queen's neck and caused a small external bleeding.
"Stop!! You damn beast! fine! what do you want me to do?!!?!"
"Your pendant. Give it to me, the one that made you powerful just by killing a thousands of people in the war."
"Why do you want it?! Do you want to kill a thousands of people just to absorb their mana and become strong!?"
"Of course, why would I go to this length if it isn't for it."
Sin then questioned "What for?"
"For revolution. I will make this world that the strong will prey on the weak, and the weak doesn't have any choice but just to follow the strong."
"You're crazy!"
"Hahahaha I have never been this crazy before!!" Kyle added, "So will you give the pendant or will she die?"
Kyle started pushing the sword at her neck again,
"Father you should just kill him don't mind me" Stefilia mumbled while coughing blood.
"You probably don't know that this sword is an ancient weapon right? Speaking of an ancient magical weapons. This sword has a substance called?"
"Poison." Sin mumbled,
"Correct! You got it right! If you try to hinder too much time then she really will die, I recommend that you just hand out that pendant for exchange to her life."
Stefilia lips was becoming more paler, along with her beautiful complexion. The color of her skin started to become purple, it was obvious that the poison began to move from her body,

Sin stopped for a moment, he thought very well what is more important to him; the revolution of the world or her one and only daughter. He was gonna try to kill the two of them, but he promised to her mother before they broke up. To protect her for the rest of his life.

Sin throwed the absorption pendant unto Kyle.

"Release her now!!"
"Alright! Alright I will release her, you're just too impatient."
Kyle started to release her but she couldn't breathe, and could not even walk because of the poison.
Sin ran towards her instantly but Kyle slash her with his ancient sword,
"Don't worry I will release her from sufferings."
"Nooooo!!!"
Kyle slashed Stefilia's back and kicked her towards Sin. He instantly called Dread the wind magician who was hiding from the cracked stone, and ordered him for them to escape.
"Hey wind magician! what are you waiting for? fly us while he is stunned!"
"Al—alright my— my king air levitation."
They instantly flew in the sky leaving the dead bodies behind. Sin didn't have a spare time to catch them because he is worried about her own daughter.
Sin directly casted a healing spell into Stefilia but the wound is just too severe and the bones at her back was all broken, and also the poison had already reached her heart.
It just made his mana depleted. There was no other thing that he could do instead of hugging her daughter tightly and shedding a drip of tears.
"I—I'm sorry for… chosing the wrong person. I shouldn't have trusted him... " Queen stefilia muttered while coughing blood.
"No stop! You shouldn't try to talk or your wound will..."
"Father, it's too painful I think. I should be going to leave this world soon. Tell mom that I love her and come back. And also tell her to stop being angry at you, father. Thank you for all the love and care and beautiful memories you gave me. It really made me happy, also please take care of my son Grey in the castle. Sin could not do anything. His mana is fully drained just by trying to heal her and reconstructing the broken bones into her body.
It just made her suffer more by longing her death. Sin couldn't help but hold his tears unto his eye. But he couldn't just abandon her. He couldn't just leave her daughter to die. Instead he looked for a way to save her.
"The pendant!!, 'It can absorb a person's mana to transfer into another. I will give her my all remaining mana."
Sin looked at the sky where the king escaped, but they were nowhere to be seen. Sin instantly casted a space magic spell to bring them back.
"Thousands of gates!"

King Kyle was trying to evade the thousands of portals that were coming to them. By covering it with his barrier.
"Fcking shtty old man! He is still trying to catch us!"
But he was so naive. It made his mana drained too fast that caused him to collapse and fall into one of Sin's portals.
Sin immediately gazed at the fallen Kyle on the ground, a cold stare that could bring destruction to the world, it was just too bad that the current king was unconscious, if he was only awake then things would get naturally funnier,
"You think you can escape freely??!! That pendant you stole has a little mana of mine, I can locate it even at the Depths of the world."
Sin instantly killed Kyle while he could not still move. He cut his head with his two sharpened daggers and took off the pendant into his deep pocket.
Sin tried to look for the other magician called Dread that had escaped. But he can't waste too much time and mana.
"Absorb mana."
He tried to save his only daughter by giving her all his remaining mana by using the pendant. He doesn't care what happens to him anymore. Even if it drained all the life source that he gathered by absorbing other people's mana. He only thinks about the safety of her daughter.
"My remaining mana aren't enough!!"
"Then I just have sacrifice myself! Is that okay you f*cking mana absorber pendant!!"
The pendant absorbed all the remaining mana from Sin's body. And it also absorbed his soul that made him trapped in the pendant into his eternity.
The horizon tilted from Sin's view, and his body became a black rotten corpse. But he doesn't care about that anymore, her daughter was safe and breathing slowly. It is the only thing that he wanted to happen and he feels refreshed after saving her.
He doesn't regret anything he done. Even if his soul got trapped in the pendant, sleeping. He still smiled and mumbled,
"You should be the one to say that to your mother, or I will get slapped death. And also you're the one that should take care of your own son because, I ain't a babysitter."
