"According to the data provided by the Admiralty's technical department, we strongly believe that the cause of the technical malfunction was our fleet's super long-distance transmission radar system being disrupted by an unknown signal in the universe. The signal was diverted from its original channel and somehow entered the one the normal citizens use. In addition to this, the Electronic Experiment Center of the Alliance's Institute of Science claimed this is an isolated incident and won't affect normal communications of the military, so rest assured that it is still capable of guaranteeing the Alliance's safety as usual."
