Chapter 1: Chapter 1: What Ifs
"They are our cousins Anne and Mary!" Leo exclaims irritatedly.
The ladies lower their heads in shame. They look at each other in a 'what- the- fuck- did- we- do?'
"What is going on here?" Ron asks.
"Well, I guess we have some trust issues here. You'd better resolve it before everything goes south! Now, get your asses out here as I try to clean the mess you have created!" I order.
Then, they apologize and go out in one file.
"Hah! Pathetic emotions," I mutter as they go.
Outside, the lords and ladies decide to go to the garden. Since the sun is up, the veranda is too hot for anyone to stay.
They gather at the gazebo. The ladies explain what happened while the lords listen. Then, they laugh at them.
"Can I just move to the mountains where no one can find me?" Camille blurts out, still putting the ice pack on her forehead--- then on her nape.
"What a fantastic idea! Your relatives might be there preparing you a welcome party," Jay answers sarcastically.
"Can you do me a favor? If you go to a mountain, please bring these women with you," Leo grunts.
Camille sticks out her middle finger at them. Jay throws her his shoe which she catches and tosses to the shallow pond.
"What the hell! Are you out of your mind? Go and get it before I throw you there!" Jay yells as he looks at his shoe, sinking to the bottom of the pond.
"Touch her and I'm gonna kill you!" Ron hisses at him.
"Then, go and get the fucking shoe!" Jay shouts at Ron.
"Haysh! Can you just shut up?! Damn~ it's still morning!" Leo groans as he closes the book he's reading.
"How can I shut up if my other shoe is submerged in there?" Jay irritatedly says as he points at his shoe.
Then, Mon and Ben hold Jay while Leo and Ron remove his other shoe and toss it into the pond. Jay screams and curses when they let him go.
"Problem solved! If you shout once more, you will follow your beloved shoes!" Mon grunts at him as the other lords give him a warning look.
So, he vents his anger to the innocent well- maintained bushes.
"God! My head feels like it's gonna explode!" Primrose cries as she bangs her head on the table.
"Here~"
Leo and Mon simultaneously offer a cold drink. Leo offers an orange and ginger juice while Mon has a lemon and honey water in his hand.
Primrose looks at both the glasses and then the lords. Then, she takes the soup on Letizia's hand and drinks it.
"Thank you!" Chealsy says jovially as she grabs the juice from Leo's hand. He pinches her ear for taking the drink from his hand.
Chealsy screams before drinking it.
"This is delicious!" Stephanie exclaims as she drinks the lemon water she takes from Mon. He just shakes his head.
"Why are you all so mean?" Letizia says while pressing her temple with her thumbs. Her boyfriend pulls her to his chest and massages her head.
"Becoz' you are all reckless! For what? Your childish emotions?!" Ben yells and flicks Letizia's head.
"Childish emotions? Love is an emotion that makes us mature!" she replies as she turns and makes a puppy face.
Then, Ben cups her face and plants butterfly kisses.
"Eish! Get a room!" Mon shouts as he bumps their heads. They moan in pain.
"Are they really your cousins?" Stephanie exclaims.
"Why do you even call them your girlfriends? Incest?" Chealsy asks as she grimaces in disgust.
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeew!"
"Yuck!"
"Shit! That's disgusting!"
"That's creepy~"
The ladies react as if they wanna throw up and some even hug themselves as if having chills to their bones.
The ladies groan in pain as Leo hits them with his pocketbook.
"You insane?!" he growls.
"Oi! You and your dirty minds!" Mon mocks at them.
"Anne is my brother's inspiration to become a doctor. When Leo saw her performing CPR and saved a man who collapsed in front of the school gate, he immediately fell in love with the idea of being a doctor," he explains.
"Aaaaah!" the ladies react.
"How about Ron?" Camille asks.
"Mary is like my second mom. She has always been there for me since our parents live abroad," Ron replies.
"Hmmmm.... but why do you call them 'Girlfriend'? Chealsy asks.
"They are their ideal women! Strong, kind, passionate, compassionate, and--- beautiful!" Jay answers.
Camille and Primrose pucker their lips in disappointment.
Meanwhile...
"Yes, Rob. Are you sure?" I ask as I walk around my room.
"Yes. Tell the lords to prepare. They have to leave at midnight. A plane will be waiting for them," he replies.
"Very well, brother. Tell the manservant to prepare the cottage. All of them are expected to go. Yes. Yes. I understand. Bye."
I end the call.
I lean on my table as I fidget.
Then, I exhale and go to the lords.
"Come," I tell Jason when I find him walking down the stairs.
"Where?" he asks uninterestedly.
"Hell~" I answer with a grin. "Wanna join?"
"Sure! You might get lost," he answers sarcastically.
"Eish! I am older than you, so you have to show some respect!" I scold.
He puts his hands in his pocket and faces me. He is way taller, so I have to look up.
"What?!" I ask as he looks at my face intently.
"Tsk! Are you a reptile or somethin'?" he asks when we reach the living room.
"What?!"
"You're face is full of scales!"
"What the fuck! Are you saying that my face is dry?" I yell before kicking his ass. He ignores it as if nothing happened.
He smirks.
"Weak!" he teases.
I glare at him. Then, I do a quick step forward and give him a turning long kick. To my dismay, he is quick enough to step back, evading my kick.
"Not bad--- for an old woman!" he teases.
I punch his arm. Before I walk past him. He chuckles as he follows me.
We head to the garden.
"Prepare your luggage. Your flight will be at midnight!" I inform them.
"What?"
"All of us?"
"Where will we go this time?"
The lords ask as the ladies just stare at us with confusion painted on their faces.
"All of you will go there--- including you!" I say as I look at Jason.
"Where is the destination this time, mom?" Leo asks excitedly.
"Isla del Fuego!"
