Chapter 32: Villain Deku
"It seems I will need to re-locate." The street had been destroyed after a short battle of some pro hero's and the police against All For One. There was debris for a long distance with a massive opening on the side of the building that held the Nomu laboratory.
All For One knew that with Deku's plan, he would need to find a new location to create the Nomu, but didn't think that the pro hero's would discover the location themselves.
"Deku, you can wait here. Garaki and I shall be leaving, good luck." After wishing Deku good luck, All For One disappeared from the area, leaving Deku to sit on the large rocks by himself as he waited for All Might to make his appearance.
A helicopter was the first to break the silence, meaning that Deku would yet again make an appearance on the news. Within the first seconds of his public appearance, social media apps went crazy as they all spoke of him, waiting to see what Deku's move will be.
Deku stared up at the helicopter until the sound of the wind breaking came from above as All Might began falling from above.
"Deku!" All Might called Deku by his villain name instead of his real name to avoid his real name becoming public information. And so, after landing on the concrete ground like a hero, All Might began the confrontation between the two sides.
"Ah, All Might! I was started to get bored!" A maniacal smile matched Deku's excited voice as he stood up and put his arms out like he was warmly welcoming All Might to his home whilst preparing for a fight.
"I do not wish to fight you, however, I will if I must." All Might gave Deku the facts about how he will fight before giving his speech, "You don't have to do this. I know there's a hero in you, Deku."
The moment All Might began his speech, Deku became bored, and his expression displayed nothing but disappointment.
"I don't know what lead to you becoming a villain, but I know you could change it around." Like always, All Might sounded heroic as well as looked heroic. It was a sight Deku was bored of seeing, but wished to fight.
He powered up his super strength quirk to the highest percentage he could, bringing back the iconic green electric flowing around his body.
"Deku, what would you do when you have kids with the girl you love? They want to see a hero, be happy that their father does good and live a normal life. Don't make your future suffer." Hearing those words caused Deku to stop his quirk with a face of shock.
"My... kids? With Toga?" Deku thought about that idea, the idea that warmed his heart.
"Yes, Deku. I'm sure you'll be living with a wonderful family of your own in the future." All Might reached out his right hand to draw Deku in as they stood meters apart from each other, "You just need to take the steps and change the way you see the world."
Deku began slowly walking towards All Might as the spotlight from the helicopter followed his movement.
Eventually, Deku's head was touching the chest of the number one hero, All Might. In response, All Might wrapped the arm he had lifted around Deku to comfort him. It was then that Deku had made the decision to change his ways and forget about the hero life.
Or so All Might had desperately hoped.
Deku quickly powered up his super strength quirk and took a step back, all within a single second to send a powerful punch straight for All Mights face with a smile of pure insanity.
The murderous intent that All Might felt from Deku was what gave away the surprise attack as All Might defended himself with a punch of his own, almost like the two opposing sides were giving each other a fist bump.
Due to the strong impact of the two fists, a burst of air blasted around them, almost causing the helicopter to loose control.
"Why, Deku?" All Mights voice sounded like it was struggling to bring the words out from his mind as he focused on what Deku's next move was going to be. The next move was Deku jumping back, bringing distance between them.
"Why? Because being a hero is no fun!" Deku sounded like a child as he spoke, "Being a villain has been such a thrill, and it makes me feel so good! I finally feel accepted!" Deku had his hands on his cheeks as he spoke.
All Might was about to give another speech until Deku's personality completely changed. His expression was cold, his voice the same as his body became almost motionless.
"The world his a harsh place. There's no happiness, just fake smiles and false hope. Why can't we all just accept each other, have fun and not judge others for their quirk, or even for having no quirk?" Deku stared at the ground as he slowly lifted both his arms half way up as he focused on the rocks around him.
It was then that All Might had a better understanding of how Deku felt, but still didn't have a grasp on the cause of Deku's downfall to villainy.
"You'll probably ask what caused me to be like this next, so I'll give you this, All Might: I intend to make this world bleed, I love blood, so it is fitting for me. Once I've done that, I will change this world for the better and make it a place where we can all have fun."
Deku's words could only just be heard over the news, exciting people all over Japan as well as causing fear and panic. They all watched like it was a movie, as if the event their eyes were seeing wasn't happening in that moment. Deku's personality and capabilities had caused people to route for both villains and hero's like they were characters in the story.
That was Deku's influence, the one that the pro's were unaware of.
The cold words held meaning, it made people want to do something fun in their lives, it made them accept who they were and made them feel fearless. Though others were on the edge of their seats, in fear and panic as they held their reality.
"So you really want to stand your ground. That's very noble of you, but I will stop you!" All Might finally got more serious, though they were only in the first step of Yaoyorozu's plan to help Deku, giving class 1A false hope that Deku would become the joyful hero they thought he was.
Deku smiled as All Might declared the official start of their fight.
All Might stood in a position that allowed him to both defend and attack whilst the rocks floating around Deku were shot at the number one hero.
With three easy punches, All Might broke the rocks into little pieces and quickly turned his attention back to Deku, who was now running towards him. The little pieces from the rocks shot back at Deku before they hit the ground and surrounded his fist to take the shape of an even larger fist that Deku used to hit All Might.
With yet another punch, the stones broke formation and blocked All Mights vision. Deku used this opportunity to dash to the other side as a way to confused All Might, grabbing both machete's out from their scabbards and make one last dash towards All Might.
The stones finally dropped to reveal that All Might had used them to his advantage too. It took a while for Deku to find out where All Might had gone until he felt the wind of a punch approaching from behind, causing Deku to power up his entire body in order to withstand the punch. But as it hit, Deku smashed into the ground so hard that his body bounced back up.
After such a heavy hit to the head, Deku struggled to react when All Might caught Deku's right arm and threw him into the rocks ahead. Just before Deku hit the rocks, he made sure he landed on his feet, almost like he was kneeling as he began sliding along the concrete floor with a stern look on his face.
Deku slowly stood up with his iconic psychotic, lifting the rocks around him with ease as his eyes glowed green, matching the electricity that covered his body after powering up his super strength quirk.
He dashed towards All Might with the rocks by his side, getting them into similar positions as the ones he used when fighting Endeavour at the sports festival. After watching the reply, All Might knew what technique Deku was about to use as the villain appeared in front of the hero with a punch that would hit.
All Might was actually pushed of his feet by the punch in the chest, but his back almost instantly hit a rock that Deku had placed behind him. Deku then pulled out three of his knives and fit them in the middle of each finger on his right hand and threw the knives into All Mights body, causing him only slight pain as the knives where extremely small in comparison to his large, muscular body.
Deku didn't move when All Might wobbled trying to stand up, taking out the knives from his body. One was in his shoulder, same for the other, and the other was lucky not to have caused any fatal harm as it was centered right where his heart was.
"I have to admit, you are a strong villain." All Might spoke with his heavy breathing, complimenting Deku on his capabilities, "However, they will have a better use for you as a hero." All Might made one last attempt at bringing Deku over to his side in that moment, but it only annoyed Deku.
All seven rocks floating around them were pushed in to surround All Might, but he quickly broke through them all, shattering them to pieces and instantly dashing towards Deku and punching him with all of his power.
Yet again, Deku thrown back into the rocks, this time it was an even heavier impact. It was an attack that could have easily of killed any normal person, an attack that would've killed Deku had he not had his super strength quirk to protect his body from any fatal damage.
All Might realized what he had done and began slowly walking closer towards Deku, who was laughing maniacally when he saw the steam coming from the side of All Mights face. He was reaching his limit, just as Deku had hoped. And that was all because he handed his quirk down to Bakugo.
A sudden attack from Deku was faster than any other attack he had done before as he appeared in front of All Mights face with a kick that couldn't be blocked. All Might couldn't do anything as the powerful kick sent him flying, half as much as Deku had.
"They call you the symbol of peace, All Might." Deku's voice was cold as he slowly approached All Might, and everyone watching the news began listening closely, "I don't think its nice giving this world false hope."
When Deku finished his sentence, two knives stabbed All Might in his lower leg, the upper leg, then the same for his arms. He tried to hold in his screams, but a few managed to quietly managed to escape.
"Why don't you show the world who you really are?" Deku remembered what he had seen in that staff room, when he saw what All Might really was. All Might sighed. He had planned to reveal the truth to the world on that night anyways, so he thought it would be best to end the fight there as they made no progress.
"Very well." All Might saw this as a chance to help Deku heal, but another reason was that All Might knew that Deku was right when he spoke about false hope.
So on that night, just as the police had arrived to arrest Deku, All Might revealed his true identity.
The world finally saw Toshinori Yagi.
