Chapter 1: Chapter 1: The House
It was the start of summer break, me and some friends decided before hand, to rent out a house away from our families for once. So, with our parents permission, and what we all saved up, we were able to get a small hoilday house, 3 stories, 5 bedroom house with a massive garden and away from the city. Me and my friends, Ben, Arthur, Kate and Rem were all happy to enjoy this last hoilday to the fullest.
Ben was a nice guy. Short but very funny which actually made this hoilday to happen. Black hair with a tint of blue. Brown eyes and a very good taste of fashion. You can say he was the leader of our group and made everyone smile.
Arthur was the athlete. The leader of the school football team, but actually very shy and quiet. He had a tall slender figure with blue eyes, and long black hair which always covered his face.
Kate and Rem were both very similar. You could say they were there only because of Ben. Rem had short hair and a lip piercing on the left side of her lip. With black eyes and a white smile, Rem was a girl with a high temper and sometimes scary but Ben could make her laugh with ease. While Kate was a soft girl, with a light voice, blue eyes and long silky hair.
We all knew each other from before, and as Arthur was going to a different country, we all wanted to spend time together for the last time.
The Last Time.
As we all entered the house, everyone thought that it will be dirty and we will have to clean it before we can have some fun. But the house was Super clean with everything in immaculate condition. "What a steal! This was the cheapest house aswell." said Ben with excitement as we all thought we were going to have a good time. "Alright guys, lets put our stuff in the house and then we can have a nice walk in the garden." Said Ben and everyone agreed.
As our rooms were picked from before, I was sleeping in room 5, the biggest room right at the top of the house. When I got to my room I saw a white double bed, with a desk, a quite big wardrobe and a shower. in my mind I was like "Yes, the best room is mine" but when i opened the wardrobe, i saw a old book covered in a layer of dust. So much dust infact, you couldn't even see the cover of the book. When I picked up the book I heard a quick sharp whisper "Open it" once. As I looked around, I saw no one around me, I thought I might just be tired or something so I put the dusty book on the desk and went outside thinking fresh countryside walk will wake me up.
