Chapter 35: Some are and will stay stupid

As mutants weren't a common appearance, the astral core of a mutant was worth a minimum of $1000, he dug out and stored it before continuing to do the same thing for the other normal ants, except for the mutated one, the other ones were normal meaning no elder ants among the slayed ants. 

[Master, hostile presences are coming toward you.] Nemesis's voice suddenly rang out but not to update him on his status but instead to inform him about the hostile presence coming. 

Dante frowned, if it was someone else who had said this, he would have ignored it but coming from his system he didn't dare to lightly take it because she wouldn't have said this without any basis. 

'It seems that trouble has come knocking at my door.' 

Dante mumbled silently while grasping his spear, he narrowed his eyes.

"Oh, woah. Isn't that shell purple?"

Three intimidating-looking men walked out of the bushes.
