Chapter 14: Little kitty
"... mummy who is this women?" Mu...mu...MUMMY!
What why did she just call my mother mummy ? How old is this small girl? Who is she? "Oh yes my sugar-cube, you know when I talked about the other dimension when you asked me for your class assignment?" Said my mother stuttering for words
"Yes mummy,"
"Well um I also told you that there were 3 girls there that you were related to, well this is lily she's one of them, intact she's your sister."
"OMG, it's you! I've heard so much about you and what it's like in the other dimension." Squealed the little girl as she ran to me and hugged me. I couldn't believe this, I had another sister. Mum must have been pregnant before she left that day but was going to wait to tell everybody. The little girl let go of me and stepped back as she said," oh, I'm sorry my name is Lizzie. I'm a feline and 5 years old how about you?"
"Oh...um me oh well I'm lily I'm normal ya human but now I'm a bunny girl, I'm 18 years old and it was only a few days ago I found out that magic existed." The little girl seemed shocked as if I had just insulted her but she didn't look offended so at least I knew that. She then waved goodbye and skipped off to the upstairs of the shop into the home. I then whisper yelled," why didn't you tell me I had another sister!"
My mother looked guilty but also whisper shouted," I was going to tell you all that o was pregnant but I never came back the day I wanted to tell you because I had only found out that I was pregnant the morning I went to work and never came back." I was so frustrated that she had a child that I never knew about but then again she couldn't help because she didn't know that she wasn't going to come back. I just couldn't believe it, I had another sister! Wow how come my mother has only given birth to females hmm. Anyway on with the story, so my mother and I went back to the front of the shop and saw Vivian sitting on the spiny chair at the counter just talking to herself weirdly. As soon as she saw us watching her she leaped out of the seat and jumped over the counter onto a waiting chair. " ok I'm going to pretend that I never saw that." I said as I strolled to Vivian. After that she proceeded to talk with my mother about stuff. I couldn't exactly hear what they were saying because they were doing the whisper thing that teachers and parents do. After they were finished their conversation (which seemed like it took forever) Vivian and I left after saying goodbye to mum. "So what were we actually doing there Vivian?" I asked
"Oh well we were just picking up these." She said as she pulled out a bag with big books in them. "What are these books for?"
"Seriously lily, you didn't think you could learn how to use your magix without actually learning it's history ,did you?"
"Ugh but I just finished high school I don't want to do more learning, I already did like 13 years of it." I drowned.
"Yeah you did 13 years of human school not about magix. So if you don't want to die or get water poorer all over you in your sleep I suggest you study when we get back home"
I couldn't believe this blackmailing me, seriously. Well it worked so I guess that it's a fair game because I really don't want to wake up in the middle of the night to water.
