Chapter 6: NO LOVE FOR THE WEARY

When Nicky's eyes planted their Hard gaze on me  my body shook. I couldn't tell if it was fire igniting my muscles or ice shattering my bones, or both, all I knew was, in that moment  I was in deep Poo Doo for some reason or another. Maybe it was because she found out about the Hunters this morning? uh-oh. Before I realized it I was in the back room where Nicky actually lives. The room was small with a couch that could fold out into a bed, a coffee table, a bookshelf, and a small TV. The walls were covered with posters of Rock Band's and vinyl records of all shapes and sizes, but the most extravagant feature of this whole place was what lies behind the door on the left side of the tiny room, the bathroom. The bathroom was bigger than her bedroom, it has two sinks, a toilet that looks like a leather chair, a giant jacuzzi tub with a waterfall feature, and a huge walk-in shower that also serves as a sauna which also has a waterfall feature. I still remember the first time I ever went in her bathroom, I was completely shocked. That girl takes her bathroom time very seriously.
