But he heard that the previous games were all just dealers dealing each player seven cards.

Throughout the games, Qiao Qing had never shown any technical advantages. So, he felt like her wins were a result of luck and he didn't think much of it. 

He wanted the opponent to start off the bid. However, since Ming Shuo had warned him, he decided to be conservative, "Let's just do $100M to start."

Qiao Qing nodded, "Okay."

She then looked over to the dealer, "Deal."

The dealer dealt the first two cards and then dealt the first face-up card.
