Chapter 50: Dark Matter Project and Dark May Project (1)
Two people appeared in a place with a blue flash.
It was Kanaru and Aihana.
Kanaru looked around.
In front of him was a building that appeared to have an abandoned warehouse inside.
In the vicinity were small buildings.
The place was uninhabited and the lighting was minimal.
"This place..." Before Kanaru finished speaking he was interrupted by Aihana.
"You… your hair turned white! Amazing!" Aihana exclaimed pointing at Kanaru's hair.
"It's only temporary and stop yelling." Kanaru said with a frown.
Aihana calmed down a bit.
"You are no longer fun. Anyway, here is the place you wanted. This is the main installation of Level 6 Shift Project. " Aihana said pointing to the building in front.
Kanaru just nodded.
"How many enemies?" Kanaru asked
Aihana shrugged.
"I understand, get lost." Kanaru said.
He headed for the entrance.
"When you have time call Rika-chan, she speaks highly of you all the time." Aihana said in an amused tone.
Kanaru paused for a moment.
"That noisy girl is a problem..." Kanaru muttered.
Aihana disappeared in a flash of blue.

The door emitted little blue sparks and opened.
Kanaru walked in and he slowly closed the door.
The place was packed with what appeared to be plastic covered electronics.
Kanaru saw self-moving security cameras.
He didn't care about that.
He searched the whole area for something.
"Huh... there's nothing here."
"But I can detect movement lower down."
'Do I have to destroy the floor?
While Kanaru was deep in thought he noticed something.
'Something is going up…'
Kanaru walked towards a wall.
'Here.'
He waited a while.
The wall opened like an elevator door.
Inside the elevator was a fat, middle-aged man dressed in lab gear.
"Yo!" Kanaru greeted raising his hand.
The man was speechless when he saw Kanaru.
Kanaru ignored him and he entered the elevator.
He stood next to the fat man.
Kanaru noticed a panel of buttons.
"How did you get here ?!" The fat man finally came out of shock.
"Can you make things easier for me? Changing the frequency of the light to avoid my reflection on the security cameras is a bit tiring…" Kanaru muttered.
Kanaru touched the panel with the palm of his right hand.
Little blue sparks emitted from his hand and the elevator door closed
Kanaru removed his hand from the panel and pulled out a pistol.
He aimed it directly at the fat man's stomach.
The elevator started to go down.
"Don't point a gun at me!" The fat man exclaimed.
"Calm down Fatty. You are making a lot of noise." Kanaru said in a calm tone.
"I don't know who the hell you are, but you don't know what you're getting into, kid." The fat man said.
"What is the status of Misaka Mikoto's clones?" Kanaru asked.
The fat man's expression changed for the first time.
"How do you have that information ?!" He exclaimed.
Kanaru smiled.
*BANG!*
He pulled the trigger.
The inside of the elevator was covered in red, but Kanaru's clothes were not.
"Damned…"
The fat man's body fell.
"I just wanted to confirm the information I had." Kanaru said.
He didn't put the gun away.
The elevator went lower and lower.
*DING*
Finally, the door opened.

It was a large open space with numerous scientists scattered in the area.
They were loading papers and equipment erratically.
They seemed to try to get everything out of this place.
There were also numerous capsules with the ideal size of a person.
Some scientists looked at these capsules with concern without knowing what to do with them.

Kanaru got out of the elevator and coughed a few times.
But nobody paid any attention to him.
*BANG!*
Kanaru shot a woman in the head.
"What the hell!"
"Yumi!"
"Quick... save her!"
"..."
A group of scientists tried to hide and others went to the woman's body.
"He looks different from the photos, but it must be him!"
"He really got here."
"That means Accelerator is dead!"
"There's no hope…"
Another group of scientists resigned themselves to their fate.
But there were also another group of scientists who were relatively calm.
Kanaru frowned upon seeing this situation.
"How did they know I was going to get there?"
Kanaru looked to his right.
He saw four young girls looking directly at him.
One of them was dressed in pink sportswear. She was on her knees with a panicked expression upon seeing Kanaru.
And another of them had numerous spheres of green light around herself.
"This is really troublesome..."
