Chapter 74: Chapter 69 : Arrival
' So you have beat me that easily huh ? ' Jaco relays as he strolls up to Alhan whilst the dust settles .
' Listen Jaco , I didn't want to have to fight you , I just want you to help me find my friend , Jaco there is a dark jealousy inside you and you need to fix it as soon as possible , but until then I hope I have taught you something . ' Alhan proclaims as Jaco falls to his knees and tears begin to shed from his eyes .
' Thank you .... Alhan . ' He sobbed as he put out his hand for Alhan to shake .
' No problem , now let's go to the forgotten land ! ' Alhan smirked as he shook Jaco's hand and watched as the tears rolled down his cheeks and on to his mustache .
Mean while on the shoreline of the Earth Islands .
' Haaaa ! ' Lance yelled as he threw a punch at a large tall man , the punch knocked out the man and Lance fought on .
' Ahhhh damn you ! ' Gilyu squeeled as a woman with an eye patch and blonde hair and a man with long brown hair grabbed him and held in by each arm .
Serena quickly intervened and took care of both of them .
' Gilyu , come on quit getting caught off guard ! ' She yelled in a disappointment .
' Dammit ! ' Gilyu bellowed as he gritted his teeth and tried not to muster any lightning .
' Hey who the hell do you think you are ? ' A bald man with a blonde beard threatened moments before Gilyu speed blitzed him and punched him so hard he flew through the stadium walls .
' Good on ya Gilyu ! ' Serena encouraged as she jumped over Gilyu's head and kicked another competitor straight in the face .
' There is only 4 other opponents left not including us . ' Lance announced as the team looked dead ahead to see the last 2 duos duking it out .
' Let's go ! ' Lance cried as the team sprinted towards the final 2 duos .
In the jade ocean tensions were rising as Alhan , Jaco and the pirate crew had sailed into mist .
' We're getting close , the mist came first and then the vigorous storms and finally the jagged rocks and cliffs . ' Jaco remembered .
' Good . I take it once we arrive none of you are coming with me ? ' Alhan doubted .
' Seven hells no ! If I was stupid enough to take my crew into this place , we would have been dead ten years ago . ' Jaco replied .
' So this place is undoubtedly terrifying , I had better keep my guard up . ' Alhan thought to himself as leaned over the brown deck of the ship to see nothing but a white abyss of mist .
The final battle is looming at the earth islands , only one more duo remains in the lightning brothers and Serena's way .
The last remaining duo were two women .
One of them wore a hood and her facial features we're indecipherable , she wore a long gray cloak with a brown strap around her shoulder which wrapped around her torso . She had many daggers on the strap and her dark skin tone made her face even harder to see .
The other woman was wearing northern viking like clothes , a helmet with large razor sharp spikes and she sported long braided blonde hair .
The two women looked fierce and ready to strike but Gilyu , Lance and Serena wouldn't be easily scared .
' Haaa ! ' The woman with blonde hair wailed as she flung a large battle axe at Serena , but Serena closed her eyes .
Once she opened them she touched the ground with the palm of her hand and manipulated the earth . She used the sand to create a rock solid shield from the axe .
' Jackie ! Run now ' The blonde girl cried as the black woman we now know as Jackie ran quickly to the right .
' Haaa ! ' Lance yelled as he grabbed a large rock from the sand and threw it , the rock didn't hit Jackie but it did slow her down which gave Gilyu time to move in and restrain her by putting her into a headlock .
Serena and Lance now pursued the blonde girl
' Astra don't let them catch you ! ' Jackie wailed as her hood fell down revealing her short black hair .
' Astra huh ? So that's your name ! ' Serena confidently taunted as she used the sand to propel herself forward to land the finishing blow on Astra .
Gilyu let down his guard , Jackie unapologetically pulled out a dagger and stabbed him near his upper waist and broke free from his grip .
But before Jackie could make it back to aid Astra , Lance intercepted her by placing a leg behind hers and tripping her onto the sand .
' Gilyu ! ' Lance shrieked at the realisation of what Jackie did .
' You bitch ! ' He yelled at her as he pummeled her face with his fists until she was knocked out and heavily bruised .
As the fight between Serena and Astra continued Lance rushed to tend to Gilyu's wound .
' Why won't you just die ! ' Astra screamed as she attempted to wack Serena with a battle axe yet again .
' Because , I am stronger willed ! ' Serena finished with as she flicked sand into Astra's eyes and kicked her whilst she was blinded .
As Lance , Gilyu and Serena finally finish a long battle , Alhan has arrived at his long awaited destination , the forgotten land .
' We're here . ' Jaco announced as they sailed through some jagged rocks and uneven peaks in the sea .
The mist cleared and Alhan finally layed his eyes upon the land where many mysterys and horrors awaited .
