Chapter 47: Chapter 44 : The Land Of Magma
' We have been travelling across this ash and magma covered land for 2 days now , we can barely sleep because of how hot the ground is and crossing each lava river is incredibly hard because we have to use lightning which tires us out . ' Gilyu complained as he and Lance were jumping over canals of melting lava and rock .
The entire land was just cracked volcanic ash with lava flowing through it , there were very few hills and no buildings anywhere or at least so they thought .
' So where we're going , it has lava and volcanic rocks and stuff everywhere ? ' Alhan asked Rogue .
' Yes , as a matter of fact when I first arrived here the king of flames Yato and I had a little ... how should I put this .... altercation , he got beaten pretty badly by me and so he welcomed me to the land of magma and he gave me his hospitality . I stayed there for a few monthsto learn about this continent and then I began my own journey to look for my parents which was unseccusful and eventually led me to live in that cave . ' Rogue explained .
' Cool , so does that mean when we get there they'll welcome us and let us access their maps so we can travel to other parts of the world ? ' Alhan excitedly asked .
' I guess they would if I asked them to . ' Rogue replied as they pushed a soaken tree branch with many large leaves out of their way .
' Damn I can't see any towns or villages anywhere . ' Gilyu complained again as he looked around whilst using his hand to cover the tip of his eyes from the sun harshly beating down on them like a drum .
' Alright , we're here . ' Rogue said as he pushed away one last tree branch to reveal the vast molten country they had just set foot upon .
' This is so cool ! ' Alhan excitedly yelled as he took a gaze at the landscape of the land of magma .
