Chapter 29: Chapter 28 : Capture !
' Come back here you little bastard ! ' The tall man said as Alhan ran down an alley way to the left . There were people selling cabbages and other foods every where and people hanging out their washing between each brown house . The entire style was reminiscent of ancient Egypt .
' Sorry ! ' Alhan said after he jumped over 4 people transporting a load across the street .
' I need 5 men north east of here asap ! ' The tall man yelled into the mic in his black and gold coat . ' Roger that sir . ' They replied .
Alhan was running so fast , dodging every person and obstacle was becoming increasingly more difficult . Before he knew it he could barely see and ran straight into a tavern sign .
' Well , well , well , looks like I won't have to get my men to capture you , I can do it myself . ' The tall man said as he picked up Alhan and grabbed him by the feet he threw him over his shoulder and started to walk off .
' Come on Lance we are nearly at the summit . ' Gilyu insisted . ' Not yet , I want to get a good view of that piece of shit town Alhan just walked into , father used to talk about the further south you go , the scumier this continent gets , lightning country is the only perfect place on this continent ! ' Lance frustradedly yelled . ' Come on Lance , just forget about it . ' Gilyu persuaded .
' Alright , little brother , let's continue . ' Lance said . ' You know I remember when we were kids Gilyu , father would never stop the pressure on us would he ? He kicked is as babies until we walked , he let lightning lions chase after us so we could run faster , I still remember their vicious snarls . ' Lance retold . ' Yeah he was quite hard on us , but all the same you rose to the occasion and over come each of his challenges Lance . ' Gilyu reiterated .
' Look over there it's a village in the mountains ! ' Gilyu yelled as he pointed north of where they currently were . The snow on the ground and the dark purplish gray rocks made it a sight to be hold . ' If there is snow on the ground and the river flows down the mountain how is it not frozen ? ' Pondered Lance . ' That's why ! Look at that huge waterfall from just behind the center if the town ! ' Gilyu added . The large waterfall flowing from the cave from just above the town . ' We have to check it out ! ' Gilyu yelled . ' No you don't . ' A voice said as a man dressed in black appeared from out of the Bush behind them and put a bag over each of their heads .
