Chapter 20: Chapter 20 : Fragements Of The Past

Alhan had become so powerful he had spiralled out of control , his eyes glowing yellow and the lightning surging around him . His mind was almost fully consumed by power . Until he began having visions of an unknown location and a giant serpent . The serpent was green and Alhan could remember being very young and the serpent talking to him in a deep voice . All he could remember the serpent saying was ' You have to use this power for good and not evil . ' And then the serpent bit him . These visions shocked Alhan making him come out of lighting surged state . Lance and Gilyu began walking into the destroyed stadium . ' So the boy from Yisike harnessed lightning . ' Gilyu said . ' It would seem to be that way . ' Lance replied . Lance was wearing armour . And had a sword by his waist . Gilyu was wearing what looked to be like a karate gi and has martial arts trousers . ' Looks like we are going to have to punish you . ' Lance said . Lance's hair began to go up and it looked spiky the scar on his face turned yellow to look like a lightning bolt and he drew his sword . Gilyu's longer went up as well and he got into a martial arts stance . ' Who really are you . ' Lance . ' I...I am the Serpent warrior ! ' Alhan said proudly now that his his lightning had left him and he could think again . In a flash Lance shot at Alhan but Alhan dodged it . Alhan's humanity had returned to him and he was no longer a mindless monster . He was calm , focused and knew exactly what he had to beat the lightning brothers . Gilyu went for the kick but Alhan blocked with his arm and grabbed Gilyu's foot . Lance went for Alhan but Alahn threw Gilyu by the leg at Lance and because Lance was going so fast they hit each other directly . Now the lightning princes were on the ground beat up at the hands of Alhan without even using his green energy . ' Alright brother it looks like we have to use our lightning . ' Lance said to Gilyu . Lance got up and pointed his index finger and four finger at Alhan and lightning gathered at his finger and shot at Alhan . It was so fast that hit Alhan shooting right through his chest and coming out the other side like a bullet . ' Ahhh ! ' Alhan yelled as he was choking and blood came out of his mouth . He fell to the ground . Alhan thought he was finally going to die no one could save him , his heart was shot by lightning there was no coming back from that . He was so close to death he thought his life was flashing before his eyes but no it wasnt that . It was more memories of the serpent from when he was young . ' Now I know he thought all these visions I know what they mean . ' Alhan thought . ' This green energy that I can produce . ' It was given to me by that serpent . ' He realised . ' I have to keep living , because if I don't I will have failed that serpent . ' Alhan thought as he moved his arm .
