Chapter 176: CHAPTER 176: GAME CHANGING

Sonny patiently told Marcus everything that has happened, including what happened to Rachelle. Marcus couldn't believe the sudden shift in his life but he always knew he could trust Sonny. 

"Then I need to see grandmother now." Marcus stood up and motioned Sonny to lead the way. 

"Marcus, I forgot to tell you that we can't do that right now. You are still under surveillance. There are spies everywhere. Even this house is not safe anymore." Sonny stopped the young man. 

Marcus growl at him. "If you knew that then why did you ask that woman and my son to live here then?" 

Sonny chuckled even when Marcus glares at him. "I did it on purpose. But I already know that Jade will refuse that's why I didn't hesitate to ask." 

Marcus rolled his eyes in protest. 

"But tell me, deep inside your heart, you were expecting Jade to say yes, aren't you?" Sonny teased.
