Chapter 35: Chapter 34 : Process of patching up.

Third person point of view

Leo couldn't concentrate on drawing. He tried everything, but he was not happy with the outcome. He felt disturbed. He crumpled the paper and threw it. His mind felt messed up and tangled. It was starting to stress him out.

Ken went to meet Jade during lunch. He told everything that happened. " That lady is really something ". Jade couldn't help but scoff. " I know right ". Ken sighed. " How is Luke ? " Ken gave a wary smile. " Take a guess ". Jade shook his head. Ken wondered if there would be a way he can convince Leo to listen to Luke. That is when he got this idea.

" Why don't you go meet Leo once ? " Jade looked up. " Will it be fine ? " " Why ? What is wrong with you meeting him ? " " I mean if I go now. What reason should I give for leaving during work hours ? " " Who asked you to tell the reason ? " Jade was confused.

" Tell them that I asked you to go for something. No don't bother. I will inform them myself, that I am sending you. So don't worry, nothing will happen. They will not dare say anything if it is an order from me ". " So powerful ? " Ken shrugged proudly making Jade laugh. It was true that Ken was just as powerful as their boss Luke. When Ken started his work, he still remembers how Luke introduced him to everyone.

Luke told everyone that Ken is equal to him and that no one can dare question what Ken says. So everyone treats Ken's orders with just as much respect as they give for Luke's. And every time they work it is the same. If one of them says no it's a no. There is no questioning or further discussion about it. Luke knows how talented Ken is, so he never questioned his judgement.

More than anything they are friends for so long and will continue to be, so he trusts Ken a lot. So no one ever goes against Ken. People who talk behind their backs will do so, no matter what. A dog barks after all. They knew better than to care about those things.

So Jade found out that he can go out. So he immediately left to go see Leo. Jade entered to see a chaotic scene. " Woah. Calm down. What is it ? " Leo sat down and didn't answer. " Did you fight with Luke ? " Leo looked up with a raised eyebrow. " How did you know ? " Jade snickered. " No one can affect you like he does. So it is true that you fought ? " Leo nodded.

Leo told him about the situation. " I get that you are angry at him, but don't you think you should listen to his side of the story too. You shouldn't just throw the blame on him right ? So try talking to him and then you can decide what you would want to do with him. Got it ? Don't be so hasty and regret it later ".

Leo nodded. He tried to calm down and just sat for some time. Jade went back after spending some time with Leo. This time since his thoughts were clearer than before, he was able concentrate on his work.

Luke immersed himself with work and worked overtime. Ken went to see Luke still working. " Luke ! Enough already. Even if you don't want to, I want to go home. So stop and get up. Please let's go ". Luke sighed and decided to stop. He got up and put on his coat. " Come with me ". Ken was bewildered. " What is it ? Where ? " " Just come ". " Where are you taking me ?!! " Ken was dragged and he couldn't even say anything.

So the thing was, Luke wanted to become a drunkard, so he pulled Ken along with him. Ken face-palmed and thought he shouldn't have let Luke drag him here. Ken didn't drink. He knew he has to drive back this idiot who is drowning in drinks, so he didn't. He was drinking a coke and watched as his friend got wasted. He sighed at how heartbroken Luke looked in this state. Ken felt that it was starting to get out of hand, so he decided to stop Luke. Enough is enough.

" Luke. Stop it. You've had enough ". He pulled the glass away from Luke. Luke tried taking it back, but Ken didn't give it. " Give me ". Luke whiled extending his hand to take the glass again. Ken rejected strictly. " No more. Come. Get up. We are leaving. You've had enough ". Luke was better when Ken brought him out of the bar. He was only stumbling as he walked. But when they were walking to the car, he started acting crazy.

He was all over the place and cursing Kayla. He kept blabbering about how heartbroken he is and kept saying he didn't want to go home. Ken kept talking to convince Luke to go home. Ken felt like he waged a war. He finally pulled Luke to the car and threw him in it. He wiped his sweat and drove to Luke's house. Leo came back home at his regular time and saw that Luke was not back yet. He sat on the couch and waited but he didn't come. He was sitting there even if it was dark.

He wanted to find out why he was not home, but he didn't want to care at the same time. For a moment he thought that something might have happened to Luke. In the next he cursed thinking he might have gone to that girl. A knock on the door interrupted his thoughts and Leo was shocked to see the sight in front of him when he opened the door. Ken was holding Luke who was stumped. " Can I come in ? "

Ken asked struggling to hold Luke. Luke was not even able to stand on his own. He was that wasted. Leo moved aside and let him enter. Ken put Luke on the couch and sat there. " You want anything to drink ? " " Water should be fine ". Ken sat on the couch while Leo went to bring him a glass of water. He removed Luke's shoes and put them aside. Leo gave him the glass. " Thank you ". Ken drank the whole glass at one go.

" What is it with him ? " Leo asked sitting on the couch. Luke was at the end of the L-shaped couch. Beside him was Ken. On the other side was Leo. Ken sighed and sat properly. " Because he is heart broken ". Ken said bluntly. " What do you mean ? " Leo was surprised to hear that. " You guys fought yesterday, didn't you ? This is the after affect of it ". Ken answered nonchalantly. " If you know that we fought you should know the reason too ". Ken smirked.

" You mean the photos. You really believe them ? Seriously ? " " They are true. So what is there to not believe in them ? " Ken shook his head. " That is where you are wrong. Those photos were edited. They are not true. He doesn't have any girlfriend. For that matter, he has never seen that girl in his whole life ". Leo was shook. " What ? "

Ughh !! Finally Leo is finding out the truth. They are going to make up. Yay ! Ken and Jade. I love these guys. They are awesome. (*heart*)

The division of chapters is bad. I couldn't find a solution to it. So please put up with that. (*covers face*)

My BR gave this author notice a title : MG's life advises. Hahaha!! I hope they are useful though. Hehe.

And like I said, we need not care about what others think all the time. There will be priorities and exceptions. I am not saying to be careless or reckless, but there is a limit to how much you can make people accept you. I am the kind who doesn't really care. Hehe. And it grew a lot along with me Hahahaha!! I don't say it is a bad thing but I don't say it is good too. Haha But still it is not important to satisfy everyone. There can be exceptions. Never feel disappointed of things like that. Hope you guys will be happy, healthy and safe.

My BR is the same too, who doesn't really care much. Haha. We are always there to support each other. Even my BF is the same. Hahaha, People might think : What the hell ? Is the whole clan like this ? Hahahaha. But come on. Living a careless and thug life is ^_~ It is nice to be a rebel sometimes though no offense. Hehe.
