Silence engulfed the room once the video ended, letting the sound of laughter faded away. 

Shouko's eyes were misted by a dense layer of tears. She just stared right ahead of her. Her lower lip trembled, the salty taste of her tear seeped into her mouth. Her mind was still replaying the scene of Little Riceball sitting on Kyoya's shoulders.

Kyoya didn't speak. He placed one arm around her shoulders and pulled his wife closer to him. 

Right now, no words could comfort her. He would let her cry while he kept embracing her.

Shouko didn't cry out loud like the days before. She pursed her lips tight, occasionally letting out the sound of her sobs. With her eyes closed, she recalled what she once dreamed of.

"...I've dreamed it. Kyoya, I've dreamed of you and Little Riceball before."
