Chapter 3: This is all a dream.
"Josh, have I told you before how much I love you? Well I love you very much. " Mia said in a daze to Josh. Those kisses were like an ecstasy to her. Numbing, hot, and she felt indescribable happiness from within.
Josh's lips twitch into a smirk when he heard Mia's word. His trick to trap this old virgin works. Just who will resist his sexy charm anyway?
Josh works part-time as a lifeguard on the beach. Wearing only his swimming brief and a pair of aviator sunglasses is his 'official uniform' to attract the ladies attention. With his perfect tanned abs and angled jaw, no one can resist his charm. Let alone Mia a lonely girl who misses her hometown in China.
Although Mia does not earn much from being a nurse, but at least Mia is fool enough to provide for him whenever he asks her for some money. Fools like Mia is easily tricked whenever he sweet-talked her and showering her with his mighty kisses.
"Mia baby, my father may need to ask me to work with him tomorrow. So I won't be able to see you for the whole day tomorrow. So, tonight.. what do you say if we spend the night together?" Josh smiled flaunting his sexy lips to Mia. He would like to provide Mia some 'services' so that she would be willing to give him some money after that.
Mia bit her lips in anticipation. "Josh, I love you.."
In the dark of the night, behind a run-down hut, a car was rocking back and forth and the two people inside were happily moaning oblivious to the surrounding.
It was 3 am, and Mia is still with Josh. Seth was still not asleep, his gut feeling was telling him that tonight seems too quiet and unnatural.
Seth came down the bed and walk towards his daughter's bedrooms. He tucked both Lucy and Suzy's blankets lovingly and he walked to Mia's room next.
When he tried to twist open the bedroom knob, a loud siren was suddenly heard.
The tsunami siren.
Seth did not even have time to wake his family up when Suzy switch on her bedside lamp and started shouting in panic.
"Dad, dad, daaddd!! "Suzy was crying as the sound of the siren was so loud and it was still sounding even after a few minutes have passed.
All of his family except Mia were there, gathered on the stair's railing looking at Seth panicky not knowing what to do next.
" Where is Mia?"
