Chapter 366: Fell into the River

Bai Qingqing's sudden explosion caught Bella and Alva in a daze for a moment. Bella hid into Alva's arms and was the first to snap out of her shock.

"That's my favorite piece of clothing. How dare you throw it into the river!" Bella said in an accusing tone with a finger pointing at the river.

With one arm holding Bella, Alva took a look at her face, before striding towards Bai Qingqing. Without even giving her a chance to explain, he grabbed Bai Qingqing's arm and forcibly pulled her to the river.

"Go down and retrieve it for her." Alva placed a hand on Bai Qingqing's back and pressed her head into the water.

"Ooh!" Bai Qingqing's first instinct was to shield her tummy. With one hand holding her stomach, she propped her other hand against the ground to lessen the burden on her body.

Holding her breath, Bai Qingqing tried her best to raise her head as her brown and wavy hair spread out in the water like seaweed.
