"I didn't say you should become an Empress or something. That would be a horrible idea in your situation." Wen Delun knew her love for freedom. She hated bothersome situations and with her weak health, she would die quickly out of anger. Palace has too many bothersome and dangerous people.
"Good. I have a wish to travel the country and live happily. When I get a bit older I'll adopt a bunch of children and live my life happily ever after. So, whatever you plan to do, just make sure there are no wars. Bothersome..." Even tho he never explained who he really is, she could feel his aura long ago. And she was not dumb.
After hearing about those troublesome things that were going on, he reacted big times, so she knew right away that he was royal.
And he had high aspirations.
But she loved peace. Since the snow started falling, she relaxed for the first time since she transmigrated. The storages are filled with food. The people are somewhat safer and troublesome things are taken care of by others.
She is not so crazy to do everything on her own. With all these grown-ups here, she was quite certain that she doesn't have to worry about things. At least she can relax until spring.
Wen Delun used a dog sled to travel in winter. As Shu Ya saw it, she gave up the idea to fill his bags with all kinds of crazy things. So she wrote him a letter, packed enough dry food for him and driver, and watched as they left in early morning hours.
As he was sitting in a warm seat and the driver took care of everything, he read the letter. He almost started laughing when he saw, ten pages of rushed words. That child probably was whole night awake to write all that.
On the first page, she explained how they have to cook the dry food. "...even tho it can be eaten like snacks, please try to cook as often as you can. I know you are rushing, but your driver is just a human, not a God. He needs to eat and rest to bring you safely to your destination. Please consider people around you a tiny bit more, OK? I put a small pot among the things. Use a full pot of water and two dry rice balls. For one portion only half of the pot of water and one rice ball. Try it, I am sure you will like it..."
After that, she wrote more things he should consider in his daily life and made him think of an old lady that is ranting. He held tightly on the letter and chose to continue reading it later on.
The snow started falling and he didn't want a letter to get wet. So he put it carefully together and into the leather cover. He hid it into his clothes, making the driver curious.
But seeing his expression, he choose to lower his head and just continue doing his job.
