Chapter 210: Birthday (1)

"Are you going somewhere?" Jinhai asked when he saw Yun was all dressed up and looked like he was ready to go out. Yun had mentioned mother Mei's little party was going to kick off by 4pm but it was just 2pm so he didn't think Yun was going there now. 

"Hmm... I just remembered I haven't gotten Madam Mei a gift for her birthday so I want to see if I can find something nice."

"What a doting son in-law you are!" Jinhai exclaimed with a grin that made Yun eye him as he headed for the door. 

Yun suddenly stopped and turned to look at Jinhai when he remembered he was leaving that evening, "When is your flight supposed to leave?"

"Why? You want to see me off?" Jinhai asked with a smile.

"Shouldn't I?" Yun asked with mild annoyance.

"You are going to be at the party anyway, so I don't think you should trouble yourself on my account."
