Chapter 209: Forced happiness

"You know you can stop showing off that you have a boyfriend." Jiaying said immediately Lijuan entered inside the house to see the ladies of the house seated in the sitting room.

"What are you all doing awake?" Lijuan asked in surprise as she looked from one to the other. 

"What are we doing awake? How could you initiate a kiss?" Mother Mei scowled at Lijuan making her cheeks color immediately. 

"You... were spying on me?" She asked in embarrassment. What was with her family always spying on her whenever Yun came over? 

"Mother was too excited to fall asleep so we decided to stay up with her when we heard the car pull up. I didn't know you had such a naughty side." Jiaying said in amusement which made the other two women laugh despite the fact that her mother wasn't pleased with her.
