Chapter 6: 5 Academy Days
Aria's POV (6 years old)
"Come on Aria we're going to be late if you don't hurry" Ryuu stated
"I'm coming" I shouted running out of our bathroom.
Today is my first day at the academy and I get to attend a year early thanks to the permission from the Hokage and after a display of my awesome skills, he agreed that I can join his class.
Ryuu immediately grabbed my hand and started dragging me to school and while he did that I decided to check his stats

By the time I finished looking at our stats we were at the academy entrance
"We're here, are you nervous?" Ryuu asked me
"Just a little"
"You have nothing to worry about I'm sure they will love you," he stated
"Thank you" I smiled with a small blush
"And if any boy come after you I will have to beat them up" He stated while laughing
"Won't you get in trouble for that thou."
"It will be a necessary sacrifice, now let's get to class" he casually stated and continued to drag me to class.
once we made it to the class we quietly took our seats by the windows near the back of the class, a few moments later the teacher entered the classroom with the last of the students
"Alright Students I am your teacher Daikoku Funeno, you can call me Daikoku sensei, we will start with introductions starting with you by the window in the front" there were a few interesting students with famous clan names like the Uchiha, Nara, Hyuga, and an Uzumaki and went on until it was Ryuu's turn and then I'm next
"My name is Ryuu Uchiha, I like to train with my best friend Aria and practicing sword techniques" it was my turn now let's not mess this up
"Um, my name is Aria, I like training with my best friend Ryuu, reading, and I'm training with the bow n' arrow and sword". trying to not seem timid with all the attention on me.
"Ok that's everyone welcome to the Konoha Ninja Acadamy I hope for all of you to become a fine ninja someday" Daikoku Sensei announced and with that done he started to explain the outline for what we will be learning this year and other stuff about ninja life
After we were dismissed me and Ryuu went to the dungeon to train but when we tried to enter we got a system alert
System update Dungeons will now be more challenging with the implementation of stronger Bosses, elite monsters, unique monsters, Puzzles and finally challenges. New Rewards have been added, 10 hours in the dungeon = 1 hour outside, 100 hours in a trial = 1 hour outside
Elite Monsters - These are mini-bosses they are stronger and smarter than normal monsters
Unique Monsters - one of a kind monsters that have uniques skills, items and personalities they are among the most powerful of monsters being stronger and smarter then bosses and elite monsters when defeated they leave a powerful relic in their place which can be used as-is or used to revive the unique monster as a servent if certain conditions are met and their trial is passed, upon their defeat they drop a trial key.
Trials - these are dungeons in which there is the main objective that must be completed to pass the trial, failing to complete the objective or dying in the trial will result in a fail and you will not be able to access that trial again (death in the trial will not kill you), to get a better score to get a better reward optional objectives can be completed.
Named monsters - these are monsters that have obtained unique skills or have been born with a different appearance than monsters of the same species, Named monsters are generally a lot stronger and smarter than other monsters of the same species and level and can be considered as elite Monsters.
"Well, this is a surprise," Ryuu started looking a little shocked.
"Ya, but it looks really cool too, I can't wait to try it out" I replied a little excited
"true, but we should proceed with caution we don't know exactly how strong the monsters are now, be careful Aria it seems we won't die in trials but looks like in dungeons we still can"
"Alright I guess we should prepare properly before we go in there then, what do you think we should do before we go in," I responded a little disappointed
"Don't' be too disappointed we'll probably be able to go in soon after we get some supplies and some more training in" he tried to cheer me up
"Ok, let's get started right away then, we are probably going to need lots of food and weapons, oh and medical supplies we will need those too, and training up our sneak and detections skills should be enough to at least scout it out. Anything else?" I said excitedly
"No, that should be just about all we need for a scouting mission, alright lest doing it," Ryuu answered
and so we went home to start preparing and planning out our next move, for the next few weeks we trained, gathered supplies and went to class all in preparation for taking on the new updated dungeon system.
