"Excuse me, Dr. Jackson." Blake couldn't stop himself from interrupting the man who was still talking about his love life. He had zoned him out long back and was rather focused on the figure of the person who had caught his attention. "If you don't mind it, I have to greet some guests." He added politely. He didn't want to come off as a rude person before the doctor. 

"Oh, yeah!" Dr. Jackson gave him a couple of nods. "We can continue our conversation on love sometime later." He chuckled lightly seeing the lost look on Blake's face. 

"Thank you, Dr. Jackson." Blake forced himself to give the man a small smile. "We surely will." He extended his right hand forward and waited impatiently for him to shake it.
