He carefully walk towards the man. He stayed alert and keep himself on guard in case the man was just faking seizure. It must be his way to escape from him so he prepared for an attack.

His eyes sharply stared at the man lying on the damp earth. The rise and fall of his chest stopped. Even his lips turned dry and pale as if he was in need of water to keep himself hydrated. There was no sign of life in him. He wasn't sure if he was simply faking death. It seems believable, he must be a good actor.
