Chapter 26: Mystery Unfolds

"You can always return here whenever you want Xia. Grand Manor is always open for you." Granny offered her. There was tears in her eyes as if she don't want her to go.

"I will gladly accept your offer granny." She replied, taking the old woman's hands into her own. "If I have the chance to return here in Brittania, you are the first one I will go and visit." She began, gratitude from the old woman filled her heart.

"Of course Xia, I can see you coming back here," Granny replied meaningfully as if she knew what's in store for her. "Keep safe during your short trip Xia."

Xia hugged the old woman tightly as if it was her own grandmother she was hugging. She then let go of a deep sigh when the hug was over. She wished she could stay there for another day but she is afraid that everyone will be worried after noticing her lengthy absence.
