Chapter 18: The Clash

"Uhm, Did someone died? Why are you all so silent?"

It was Ezekiel, the groom, who asked the question. It was the same exact thing Zachary Benedict has been wanting to ask. He was just glad he was able to save his energy when Ezekiel did it for him.

Zachary Benedict glance around the circular table, his forehead remains in an array of wrinkles. Obviously, he was bored, irritated, and pissed all at the same time. He could not take the silence anymore, this is a party, not a burial so why are these people acting like they are attending a wake.

"If you don't shut your mouth you will be the first one to die." It was Emerald Anderson's brave reply. She appeared to be kidding but he had a feeling she's dead serious. If Ezekiel did not shut his mouth he was sure Emerald will surely break his bones after what he did with Tifa.
