The experiments to upgrade my body began; I wanted to acquire the rinnegan and all its powerful techniques, it was a matter of time before I had to fight Kaguya or Madara.
I cant always rely on my voice; the idea of getting these bloodlines was to insert the DNA and force adaptation with my voice. Still, there was always a possibility it could go wrong what if I couldn't force it with something that didn't originally belong to my body?
"Not time to worry about that," I chuckled, cause in the worst-case scenario I would just have to command my body to purge the DNA it didn't assimilate, and I would be free.
With the help of Maori and Kakuzu, one being an expert in medicine and the other one, being an expert in modifying his body, I had this on the bad.
"Are you sure you want to do this?" Maori asked, clearly concerned.
"He will be fine, he is as unkillable as they come," Kakuzu tried to soothe her worried mind the best he could.
"I'm sure," I answered Maori, as I laid down in the chair where they would start the process to absorb the genetic material I brought.
Maori sighed and proceeded to cut my arm, and add first the Senju DNA inside my body, Kakuzu helped with the process making it go smoothly.

Pain something I haven't feel in a long time invaded my mind, I could barely think straight, no wonder it was so hard to get a single wood-style user, this DNA is like poison if your body doesn't happen to accept it.
"Adapt!" Gasping in pain, I commanded my body to adapt to the new intruder inside of it.

"That seemed to hurt a lot," Kakuzu commented, I didn't notice but he was restraining me, perhaps I was lashing out too hard.
"I apologize... the amount of pain, was... unexpected," I sighed, my body still trembling with the sensations I felt a couple of seconds ago, this made me realize how mortal I was, I might have some god-like powers, but I cant still be defeated if I let my guard down.
"That's was scary," Maori commented with a worried expression, "You started to flare your chakra to the point where the room started to shatter... I could feel your body.... you were in so much pain,"
Pain, the one feeling and emotion that reminds us that we are mortals, "Onto the next one," I smiled after all the worse had just happened.
Kakuzu released me from his hold and inquired with a worried expression of his own, "Are you sure... it might be best if you take a day..."
I gave him a look and with a smile, I informed him, "I'm absolutely sure,"
"Next, the Hyuga," Maori said, and we repeated the process.

This one wasn't painful at least not compared to the last one, it was more like feeling really sick for a short period of time, like the flu.
"That one was better," Kakuzu commented with a sigh.
"Yeah... your chakra didn't flare up at all," Maori added with a sigh of relief.
I didn't feel particularly more powerful, and it was to be expected I still haven't commanded my body to evolve or awake the bloodlines, soon I would have to power to face the entire alien clan that wants to destroy this planet, and then slowly take over the entire shinobi world, there are too many villages and as long as they existed hate and war will always be a thing.
Even if Naruto did what he did in the original timeline it wouldn't make much of a difference, the peace he created was nothing but a moment destined to end.
"And the last two," Maori started to giggle, "You could say I'll be inside of you,"
I raised my eyebrow at that, she wasn't one to make dirty jokes, Zabuza was, "Have you been hanging out with Zabuza?"
"Yes she has, and its a problem... did you hear that..." Kakuzu deadpanned.
"What... is funny..." Maori giggled.
"Just continue with it ok," I sighed, didn't expect a dirty joke from her, but I guess that happens when you have a group of unique individuals.
Next of my list, was adding the Uzumaki bloodline to my body, with it I would get some benefits like long longevity, not that it mattered cause I didn't age, but long vitality was another story, I would be able to survive things most can't, and that would give me time to heal and overcome the walls I might find.
"Alright," Maori smiled, and repeated the process this time with her DNA.
At first, I didn't feel a thing, but soon a pain very similar in the scale to the one I felt with the Senju DNA started.

I didn't even imagine that a bloodline like the Uzumaki would be this hard to assimilate, but after the Senju, this was like a summer breeze.
"Well, I didn't expect that," I sighed, "At all."
"Huh, well, there is one more to go," Kakuzu informed, "Do you want to go through it or rest?"
"Let's rip this bandaid once all for all," I smiled wanting to get this over with, the Kaguya bloodline would give be the ability to manipulate my bone structure to fight or defend my body, I could protect my vocal cords with bones and it would be harder for enemies to target.
"Here we go," Maori sighed as she once again started the process for the last time.
Nothing, then an explosion of pain that blanked my mind, I could feel my bones being broken and reassemble one after the other, I was about to lose consciousness, I couldn't allow that!
"Congenital insensitivity!" With all my might I shouted a command and the pain stopped, and I could my mind relaxing and stopping its automatic shut down.
