Elmont announced while riding on a small flying platform that is traversing around the entire Victory Arena.
On both sides of Elmont were Tifa and Tila likewise also riding on a small flying platform.

You actually dare to introduce yourself as the most handsome of all when in fact that person is no one else but our First Brother and also the Crown Prince of the Emerald Tree Kingdom, Elfin the Fifth!" Tifa, with his usual annoying side, immediately berated his brother Elmont.
