Chapter 381: Prologue (Part 4)
Reflected in the eye's red and yellow iris was a face of visible disgust. 'What the hell is it?' he thought.
A line spread down the middle of the eye, which opened into rows and rows of dagger-like teeth. "What the hell is it?" it echoed, again and again, each time getting softer and slower as more voices seemed to join in.
The mouth twitched towards Ignus. "He is the Mumbling Prophet," Ignus's voice spilled from his mouth, followed by echoes of distant voices like before. The Mumbling Prophet could not only read Wilhelm's, but everyone's.
It spoke to them through their thoughts.
The mouth shifted towards Citrus. "He is Wilhelm."
"Hi," Wilhelm said. "A-are you close with the goddess?"

Random_writer Sorry for the badly cut end. I wanted to finish the prologue with this chapter but it was just too long, so there will be one last chapter to finish the prologue after this, one that has a better ending. I especially wanted to finish it because I'm going to go on a break until Dec. 23rd. Its the final few weeks of school for most students, including me. I know you guys always tell me to put writing asside when it comes to school, and I love you all for it. I wish the best of luck to everyone while we get through this magically stressful holiday season. I hope to get lots of powerstones in my stockings this year!
