Chapter 91: Third Chunin Exams Part-1
Soon the one hour rest was completed and the proctor came with 9 flags of 3 colors only. on each flag of each color a number was written on it.
"okay, now that your resting period is over, I will start explaining the next round which might become your last round depending upon your performances.
In this exam you will have to find certain locations and put one of these flag we would be giving you in one of the slots which already has been prepared by us.
each team would be give one flag and your goal is to collect all the flags of same color and put them in the slots prepared in the location you find.
If you are not able to collect flags of the same series that is the same color, you would be disqualified. If only one team passes this exam, that team would automatically be declared the winner of the Fourth exam as well which would have been an elimination round and all the members of the team would be promoted to Chunin.
You can also take flags of different colors if you want. But you must remember one thing, that in the valley of death, their are many natural traps and many chakra beasts roam free in it, so if you are up to participate in this exam, you must first sign these Consent paper which state that in any unforeseen circumstances you die, we won't be held responsibly for it.
once you sign these paper, submit the form back to me in the tent and take one of the flags I give you. You may enter only when called."
Then he distributed the consent forms to all the 28 genins present here. Our team went first to the tent while the other teams waited outside the tent for the call of the proctor to enter the tent.
once we entered the tent, we gave our consent form to the proctor. he checked the forms before saying," you may take the Blue1 and leave from the backside. You have three days before we come to check the hidden safe zones."
then I pulled the flag from the ground and we left the tent. once we were outside the tent I put the flag in my inventory.
"First we need to find the safe zone which can be anywhere. It would be very difficult for others but for me...hehe" I used my sensing ability and found one behind a crack in rocks about a kilometer far from us.
"found one... let's go" then we went towards that direction. Halfway through the place and we were attacked by giant sized bug monsters.
"I will deal with them" I said and used Lava Release: Moltic Crash, an A-rank jutsu in which I spew a huge amount of lava rock in a form of huge ball which is targeted in the sky. once it reaches sufficient height it blasts in smaller parts and attacks the enemy line.
the blast took care of all the monsters who came to attack us. We soon reached the crack to the safe zone. once we entered it we saw that the place was like a small settling place with a water source, 2 rooms and other basic necessities. In the inner part there was a place to put 9 flags and each circle was colored in either blue, red or green. We put our flag in the blue slot and I told them our plan," listen, two of us would stay here and the other two will go to collect flags. once the first team comes back the second would depart while the first would guard this place. Alright?"
