Saito POV
we reached back to konoha within 8 hours. The journey was boring at most as we didn't came across any bandit or any monster, beast. once we reached the gates, we could see the guards. they looked at sensei AMD saluted to him without even asking for identity.
we straightward go to the hokage tower and the receptionist this time doesn't stop just let us in. Hokage-sama was buried under piles of paper. He looked at us and said," oh, you lot came back. so how was the mission?" he asked joyfully
sensei moved forward and said," hokage-sama the mission was easy for them even the extra part of taking down the iwa-nun who wanted to destroy our trade routes to other countries and villages."
suddenly hiruzen got serious and said," I didn't got any information regarding the iwa-nins. Give me the full details of what you did after leaving the village."
then sensei said," yes, hokage-sama, when we left the village we came across a few bandits at first who were taken down by saito, then after a few hours we stopped at a clearing near a river to prepare tents for the night. Saito took the first shift of guarding the camp. Afyer about 3 hours he woke us all and told us that 3 chunin level shinobi are running towards our camp and are most probably hostile. I left hinata, Saya and shinobu to take care of them, they used sealsade by saito to create a barrier to trap the chunins and used the explosive tags to incapacitate them, later they used water and lightining jutsus to paralyze them. I tortured them to get the information and they told that their group was assigned by the tsuchikage to make large bandit groups in land of fire in order to rule our trade route and cut our connections to the outside world. they created a group named okohara, we escorted our client till his village later went to the HQ of okohara. hinata probed them and told us that their were 20 bandits, 30 genins, 10 chunins, 1 Jonin, 1 elite Jonin and around 50 hostages all women.
saito, hinata, saya and shinobu asked to take Care of the group themselves. I allowed them to that as I know that if they use proper strategies they could defeat their enemies. the girls went to save the hostages while taking out bandits and genins. saito went to take Care of the rest by himself. he also took their treasury and weapon storage room as well."
hokage nodded at that and looked at girls while asking," so how did you save the hostages?"
Saya came in front representing her group and said," we used combination jutsus to take care of the bandits and genins." then hokage nodded his head and looked towards me for more information.
I said," I used the element of surprise. as most of the group was divided into 2 or 3 shinobis in each group. before the girls created any explosion, I had already taken out most of the chunins using fire and water element to coat my sword or kunai while killing the enemy, I kidnapped the elite jonin using various fuinjutsus and my clan ninjutsu." I didn't said anymore as he looked as if contemplating something.
he smiled and said, " nice work, this mission will be s-rank and your payment would be transferred to your accounts." then sensei walked towards hokage while giving 3 scrolls and telling him what was contained in each scroll.
he nodded and signalled for an anbu to come forward," bring ibiki to me." then the anbu vanished in a swirl of leaves.
"you may leave the room" and we left the room while and went our way that is I along with my girls went to our home while sensei went to his.
