Chapter 80: Okohara part-1
Then I switched place with sensei as he took the duty to guard the camp while I went to sleep like others. but unlike what was decided. Mr.genseryu slept alone in his tent while I went to sleep with the girls.
After 5 hours I along with the girls woke up and got ready to move to the village. The way to the village was anything but peaceful for everyone as we don't know when we would be attacked which resulted in us being tense all the time.
Once we reached the village we saw that the village was a small place and everyone was loving in fear. only a handful of people were walking on the road. and those to had a frightened expression as they never know when the bandits would come to raid on their village, taking all their belongings, their pride, their wives, daughters, mothers.
We just escorted him to the star of the village as he could go the rest of the way himself. We jumped off the Cart as he said," thank you Mr.Kageyama, Mr.Saito, ms.hinata, ms.Saya, ms.shinobu. It was an enjoyable journey and you protected me against all odds, for that I am extremely grateful. I wish you luck for your next mission or assignment." after saying all that he went his way while I looked at sensei who said," okay, now that he is gone, it is our duty to take down Iwa nins as fast as possible before they either go into hiding or leave the place we know." then we all started running and then jumping from tree to tree following sensei to the base of operation of those Iwa nins.
We reached the destination in about half an hour. when we reached near the place we slowed down and started to use trees as covers so that we don't get caught easily. once we could see the entrance to the base which was created using earth style jutsus to create a base within cave and even expending that.
sensei looked towards hinata and said," you are the best sensor of the team, so it is now your duty to scout the enemy base." hinata used her byakugan while I too used my life sense to check how the enemy base was. what I found was intigruing. Their base had around 10 chunins, 1 Jonin and 1 elite Jonin, 30 genins, 20 bandits. Their were around 50 women of varied ages from 12 to around 40 ears being used as... relief and hostages. they had lots of gold and other expensive material. They had a huge arsenal of various Jutsus, fuma shuriken, Kunais, shurikens, ninja swords and ninja wire.
Once I was done hinata too was done by then, she told," there are about 20 bandits, 30 genins,10 chunins, 1 jonin, 1 elite jonin and about 50 women as hostages."
I already made a plan by now to get half the gold, money and Jutsus. I would go to take down the jonins and chunins while others would take care of genins and bandits while securing the hostages and girls should take care of them as the hostages were treated as how bandits treat female hostages, so they would require girls' support.
I spoke up," I say that sensei you should stand here and see if any reinforcement comes while I along with girls will take care of the enemies while securing the hostages." he hesitated and wanted to reject my idea but I spoke first and said," we don't know if they have sent any other backup out there, maybe their leader is still out if there is any, so we need to be able to response to any of the worst possible situation. I am enough to take care of the chunins and jonins while the girls could take care of genins and bandits. And I wouldn't kill the elite jonin, I would incapacitate him/her and bring him/her back to you." he then nodded at that as I move towards the base with the girls.
