Chapter 68: GRADUATION 2
First Iruka took us to the training field and told is to do the basic 3 jutsu and some other for extra points.
First Saya went and she did kamirami with a log nearby. then henge's into me then made 3 bunshins. Her extra jutsu was Lightening style: Lightening ball
Then shinobu went and did the same thing except she henge'd into her sister. and made 2 bunshins. she had a goird filled with water and seals for more water. She used Water style: Water ball no jutsu.
Then hinata went and she first did henge and henge'd into iruka-sensei. Later she made 3 bunshins and did the kamirami. She did Wind style: Great breakthrough.
Lastly I went for the test I did the kamirami then henge'd into First Hokage. Before doing the bunshin I asked can I do the bunshin and the extra together." He nodded at that so I used ," Kajuu kage bunshin no jutsu." and created 20 copies of mine. Iruka was so surprised that his jaws touched the ground and bees made beehive in it. OK, last one was a joke. Moving on
"you all passed this test with distinction, now let's move to taijutsu." he said as 4 random chunins came. From the looks of it all these chunins were low level chunins.
Saya and shinobu defeated their proctor within 4 minutes while hinata and I defeated our proctor within 2 minutes. none of us was using anywhere near our strength else we would have won within few seconds or even less.
Iruka said," well, you only had to fight with them for only 5 minutes, not defeat them but now that you defeated them I will give you all points distinction. Now let's wait for a bit so someone comes and take them to the hospital." After 2 minutes some genin came and took these chunin to the hospital.
" now, let's move onto the next test of genjutsu, you all have to break through the D-rank genjutsu DEMONIC ILLUSION: BLOOMING FLOWER within 30 seconds." Iruka said and used the genjutsu on all of us i.e. Saya, shinobu, hinata and me.
it took Saya and shinobu 10 seconds to breakthrough while it took hinata 12 seconds to break through this illusion and for me well let's just say due to me being an otsutsuki and having Rinnegan such small genjutsu don't work on me.
"You all did great and with all the points that you all had accumulated you already have enough to pass as a top student. Now, do you want to take the extra tests? " he asked and we all nodded.
"now, we will go with the fuinjutsu first" and we waited for a minute before the fuinjutsu teacher came. he said," you need to prepare a storage seal or any seal higher than that if you can."
Hinata and Saya created storage seal within a minute while I created an explosion tag in half that time. He first tested hinata and Saya's seal by storing a kunai in each then he put the exploding tag on the kunai and threw it then activating the seal *boom* it blasted as the name suggests.
" Good, you all pass with flying colors and you, saito, you gain double the highest number for such a strong exploding tag." he said before we went for kenjutsu exam
For the kenjutsu exam we went to another training field where 3 dummies were placed within the center of the ground, suddenly our kenjutsu teacher came and said," you have to show what you learned on these dummies.
This was the easiest test till now. First Saya went and she slaves her sword cutting the dummy in two.
Then shinobu went and she too only slashed once but this time the dummy was sliced in 4.
then came my turn and I only put my hand on my tanto and the dummy was cut into thousands of pieces shocking the kenjutsu teacher so much that he wasn't able to move for five minutes straight.
Then we went in another training field filled with obstacles. The sensory teacher was a female who looked she was in her early twenties. she came towards hinata and shinobu and said," I will put this cloth on your eyes and give you this pen and paper. you will have to sense how many of people are there hiding in those bushes and trees and write Down on your paper." then she wrapped the clothes around their eyes.
After a few seconds both the girls wrote 23 on their papers.
the teacher said," good, you pass" and then left the field. Then iruka-sensei came with our forehead protectors and gave it to us while saying," from now on, you are shinobi of konoha, you will have to always be serious as most people who never took this job serious ends up dead" then he congratulated us again before going back to work.
