Chapter 53: KONOHA
After reaching Konoha the leader said us to meet in front of academy after an hour while he went to meet the hokage and tell that the children are here, I think. After he went to meet the hokage all the children which were 5 including Saya, Shinobu and me went our own ways. I went with the girls to look around the village.
This village truly looked like as it used to in the anime. The streets were bustling with business and many shinobis were guarding various places. A few shinobi likely genin were doing chores or running after a certain demon cat.
after some time we were in front of the legendary place, The Ichiraku ramen stand. when we reached their Saya jumped in excitement and practically shouted, " Ramen, after all this time I will be again able to taste the food of god's once again. ne ne~ James let's go and eat ramen, pretty please." she practically begged at the last part.
"haa~ sure thing but do remember both of you to not call me James here, you will call me Saito Terumi." after saying that we went to the stand. the old man greeted us and asked for the order.
" 5 Miso ramen here" Saya spoke up before us, *sigh*""1 miso ramen here"" shinobu and I spoke at the same time and then looked at each other before laughing.
"why are you two laughing?! tell me, please" Saya spoke up.
" no, we were just" just as I was telling her the reason for our laughter our order came and she started digging it in super speed.
we too started having our ramen, and the taste was justified. it is far greater than the one I ate with Saya back in Greta.
when we were eating a short blonde boy with sky blue eyes and 3 whiskers on each cheek came and sit with us while ordering for 4 miso ramen. He is the protagonist of this world with the heaviest plot armor, Naruto Uzumaki, sob of Yondaime hokage and kushina uzumaki.
" Hey there, I am Saito and the girls here sitting besides me are Saya and Shinobu. we just recently came to this village to attend shinobi academy. can you please tell us the way after eating your ramen." I asked politely.
"Sure thing 'ttebayo~, I know this village better than anyone and I attend that academy as well. I will lead you to the academy after eating" he said.
"Sure thing, by the way do you want to be my friend?" I asked out of nowhere. He was first still before asking ," do you truly want to become my friend even if it means going against everyone?"
"yeah, I want to be your friend and I never leave my friend." I replied while smiling he quickly jumped and hugged me tightly while saying thank you.
"ohh~ Naruto's got a new friend, today's on house so eat as much as you children want to eat." old man teuchi said and we all thanked him for his genorocity.
After naruto finished eating his 8th bowl we went with him towards the Academy. when we reached the gate I saw that other kids and the team leader was already there.
" We were waiting for you, now let's go inside to meet the dean." he said as we entered the academy to meet the dean and be separated into the classes as well the class teacher of the classes we will be spending our time in the future.
