Chapter 44: Nichirin Blade
After both of them settled down, I used my space Manipulation to get us near the Master's House.
When we were about to open the door Master descended from the mountain and greeted us," How was the Final selection?" He asked.
" Well, it was boring but we got a partner for our team." I said while pointing to Shinobu. Who greeted Master and introduced herself.
"Well, it's nice to meet you shinobu" Master said then looked at us seriously.
" You are in the future going to hunt demons and you need to know that their are 2 types of demons. One being the normal ones who just have higher strength and speed while the other are special ones with Blood demon arts. They have special abilities unique to themselves. All the Lower And Upper Moon demons are of this type and most of the demon who terrorizes large areas have blood demon arts." He said.
" I know that you all are powerful enough to take down normal types and some of the weaker and average special type but if you come across a moon or the stronger ones, don't engage until you are sure of your victory. Only James here can take down all the Demons as he is stronger than a Hashira and last time I saw that he was able to even get the legendary tattoo." He said.
" umm, What is the tattoo?" Saya asked curiously.
I replied to her question," It comes to the ones who have passes the perfection level of their breathing style and have a very strong will. It heats your body to abnormal level while increasing our strength and agility by 2 folds. I believe that both of you may be able to get those by near 1 and a half year to 2 years."
They were shocked to hear this.
15 DAYS PASSED BY
A person wearing a long brownish haori with yellow sunspots was walking up the path.
*ding ding* Wearing an oversized straw hat over his head, the bells attached around it sounded out as he walked on. Next to him were 2 similar person, wearing a green haori with the same pattern and hat on while the other one was wearing a bluish haori with the same pattern and the hat on.
On their backs was a big box wrapped in a cloth tied to the front.
Under their hats, the three were wearing a Hyottoko mask on their faces as they walked up the path.
Arriving in front of the door, they stood silently. Both Saya and Shinobu opened the door for them and stood at the entrance"Um.."
The man with the Yellow haori spoke up," My name is Kagezumaru and I have forged the sword for Shinobu Kocho"
Next to him, the man in the bluish haori said," My name is Mitsuhiko and I have forged the sword do Saya Joūshiro"
And the last one with green haori spoke up," My name is Atsuhiko and I have forged the sword for James Vesteria"
We are here to deliver it." The three said in sync.
Upon realizing this, Saya and Shinobu bow towards the two figures before stating their names one at a time.
"I'm Saya Joūshiro/I'm Shinobu Kocho." The two said one after the other.
"Please come in-" Saya said but was ignored as the two men turned around and started unwrapping the cloth.
"This is the Nichirin sword," Kagezumaru said. "And I forged it.
Mitsuhiko spoke up.," This is the Nichirin Sword made by yours truly."
Atsuhiko spoke up," This is the best Nichirin sword you can get and I am the one who forged it.
"The materials for a Nichirin sword can be obtained from the mountain closest to the sun," Atsuhiko said.
Kagezumaru said,"Scarlet Crimson Iron Sand and Scarlet Crimson Ore. These produce steel that can absorb sunlight." Pointing up towards the sun.
Mitsuhiko finally spoke up," Mt. Yoko is bathed
in sun light all day long. You never see a cloud or rain on it."
Kagezumaru, Mitsuhiko, Atsuhiko came in front of Shinobu, Saya and James and said in unison, " Try our swords" And forcefully gave the sword to the three kids.
Shinobu was the first one to Unsheath her Nichirin swords. Once it was unsheathed it was silver in color but now it is changing into purple color.
Kagezumaru said," Mhh, Purple, a rare one it is. It is even able to poison the strongest of demon" He said while proudly look over his two companions.
Next up Saya took the sword and unsheathed it. It changed into Red. Mitsuhiko jumped up while laughing crazily and said," Red, the color of legend. it is able to burn the demon and their injuries never recovers." While pumping his chest with pride and looking over his other two companions.
When I took the sword and unsheathed it, it changed it's color into a scarlet blazing red. When Atsuhiko looked at this he laughed out loud and said," A legend amongst legend. If cut a demon it starts burning that demon's blood and later the demon itself. Said to be used by the first Demon slayer himself" at this point his was showing his joy as he looked at his jealous companions.
