Chapter 34: Hisui POV Part 1
My name is Hisui Von Vesteria which used to be Hisui Nee Evans. I was the 3rd daughter of Viscount Evans. When I was little I was deemed a prodigy in healing magic and Water magic. I learned healing under the best healer of our kingdom Rowan Doloria. She took me in as her apprentice and I learmt lots of new things under her.
When I was 16 Years old I was sent to field work in war camp. I used my Healing Magic and saved lives of thousands of soldier and promoted to become the chief of Healing department in that camp. After a year I was called to another front. A front which was thought we will never win.
But the Undefeated General Vesteria proved everybody wrong and won many skirmishes in that front. I was assigned to that place due to lack of Healers in that Front. When I first saw general Vesteria I was entranced by his beauty(handsomeness).
I gained a lot of name in this front too as I saved thousands of lives within 2 weeks only and gained the title 'The Saint' , I was soon called Saint Evans. We were winning the war and then something happened which we never thought was possible. The enemy attacked Healing wing by infiltrating our camp while most of the soldiers were participating in the Final war which would conclude the winning side.
There were only ten men who attacked is but we were not able to hold them for long. I used my Water Magic to the fullest but it was nothing in front of these Battle hardened veterans.
Once they Infiltrated the ward successfully they killed most of the Male healers while starting to enjoy the Female ones. I too was attacked by 2 of those disgusting human Waste. I used my Water Magic to hold them off but they easily overcame it.
One of them suddenly started to move his hand to tear my dress. I closed my eyes as silent tears fell while thinking of a way to die before these pigs defile me. When all hopes were lost and I thought why nothing happened I opened my eyes and saw that his hand was cut and went flying to a side. He screamed loudly as burnt skin could be smelt.
I saw that General Vesteria was the one to save me. He moved fast and took Down the remaining enemies in a flash.
I hugged him tightly and cried in his arms. After a minute a soldier came in with the news of our victory in the battle. Everyone celebrated.
Then Sylvian held me by my shoulders carefully and asked caringly," are you alright?"
I nodded at that and took a deep breath before I clustered all the confidence that I had and confesses to him. " I love you Sylvian" I confessed while waiting for his reply. When he didn't. answered I flustered a bit before asking," Do you not love me?" I asked while preparing to be rejected.
" N-No it's not that, it was just I was surprised hearing that you feel the same as I do" he said
I was shocked at his statement that he loved me too and again he said," I love you too Hisui" before he hugged me again.
It took 8 more months before war came to an end. After that I got many Medals and my Title as a Saint was made official.
After a few days Sylvia came to our house with gifts he said were dowry and asked for my hands to my Father who accepted gladly.
After an Year we married and lived happily.
