Chapter 31: MASTER'S DEATH
James POV
After teleporting to Saya location I saw that she was still struggling with the enemies.
Though the one in her side were weaker and lesser in number.
She had to fight them cautiously so that she doesn't injure the villagers. She was starting to get exhausted as she only used intermediate class spells.
"WATER MAGIC: QUADRUPLE BAZOOKA" 4 magic circles appperaed on the 4 sides as they swept her enemies.
"What are you p#ssies doing getting your ass handed to you by a little girl. DARK MAGIC:SUMMONING" one of the man said as he summoned 8 Beasts who attacked her.
"WIND MAGIC:WIND BARRIER" she used Wind magic to defend herself from the beasts while one of the man from behind her attacked with a sword charged with Fire Magic.
I used WATER MAGIC:WATER FALL to kill him as a blue Magic Circle formed above him and huge amount of Water with significant force charged at him coupled with Gravitional force which killed him then I killed the beast summoner using Fire Magic.
Then I used FIRE MAGIC: SCARLET ROSE as a red Magic Circle appeared in front of me and shot a red ball of fire in enemy lines which further bloomed into a Giant rose taking the lives of all the enemies.
" Fuu, Thank you Jamie for helping me though I Alone could easily handle it. By the way was there a need to use an Advanced Magic to take care of mob level enemies." she said.
" Hahaha, let's forget about it and go check how Master is doing" Then he took her hand and teleported near the place where Julius was fighting.
3rd Person POV
The battle between 2 Magic King is always know to be the most destructive. They alone have the strength to vipe out countries if not continents and it could clearly be seen from the fight between Julius and the Demon.
They started their battle near the entrance of the village which they utterly destroyed later they moved towards the forest which was filled with green lush which was now turned into great craters and cinders. Both of them right now were in tatters and bloody.
" Hah, Haah, huu , we have already prolonged our battle for quiet some time now it is time to end this." The demon roared and started charging his me,t and the Final attack.
" Yes, it is time to finish this." Julius said and started charging for his Final attack as well.
when both of them charged their attack and were about to shoot it our hero and Saya teleported at that time.
Julius didn't notice at first but The Demon sure did.
" NULL MAGIC: DEMONIC SOUL BLAST" A black ball filled with negative Mana and emotions shoot towards Saya.
While Julius released his NULL MAGIC: CRUSHERS FALL" As he shoot a ball filled to the brim with potent Magic capable of destroying anything and vaporizing it into nothingness towards the Demon.
When James saw that The Demon's spell was targeted at Saya he immediately stood in front of her to take on that magic with his body as he knew no shield could stop that piece of Magic.
As he shut his eyes and waited for his certain death...he kept waiting until he opened his eyes and saw his Master standing in front of him. Julius took the Magic on himself which resulted in his soul being destroyed though with his last bit of Magic he resisted it for some time to say his Final Words.
" M-Master!!!" " Father!!!" James and Saya screamed as James catched his Master's falling body.
" S..Saya I love you, my child... I am Sorry tha*cough**cough* that I am not able to protect you anymore...Never Blame yourself my Child..." then he looked towards James who was trying to use ULTRA HEAL on his Master and said," James... it's my time and I am leaving my legacy to you. Make this world a better place and protect Saya...." Then he closed his eyes as his remaining Mana and Soul were extinguished.
"Master!!!" He screamed for his master for a final time before standing and moving towards The Demon who was laying on the ground mortally injured after taking the full brunt of Julius final magic.
" Whatcha' Doin' Kiddo, The man's already dead and never shall come back, hahaha, and I too am dying so you can't do dog shit now haha" he laughed maniacally but James only had a cold Expression before he said " NULL MAGIC: HELL'S GATE" A large gate decorated with skulls, gore and chains came into existence behind his back and it opened revealing red light and eery laughter and giggles before chains sprouted from within and started dragging the demon into it who was screaming at that point.
