A man who appeared to be 19 or 20, was looking depressed at a message from someone called 'Boss'. The message demanded to find a suit that went perfectly with a dress. The man was sitting at his desk, and looked like he wanted to cry. He let out a laugh, "Ohoho why oh why... he makes me want to shoot myself... I have to do it overnight ahhh." He had moved to pick up his keys, and change his shoes. It looked like he wasn't going to sleep tonight. Knowing his boss he was going to have to find several different shades, because when he said matched he meant exactly... The man hustled out the door.

It was around dinner time when Xian had decided to go an talk to his father about the plans for tomorrow's event. The boy walked down the halls outside his room. Xian quickly found his father and went to eat dinner together. His father looked at him peacefully. The house they lived in was smaller than the Sheng Mansion, but had a similar diginity to it.
While the Sheng's owned a chain of apartment and hotel complexes, the Chao's owned several, well known restaurants and pubs throughout the city. The main difference between both families was that the Sheng family had a practically spotless reputation, so no one had anything to say about them. Meanwhile the Chao family on the other hand often had terrible rumors about them. Most of the rumors were purely gossip, but there was always some truth to were a rumor starts. Before Weiyuan Chao had Xian, he was dating a flower like girl. She had an unpleasant family, that threw her out once she had become noticably pregnant. Weiyuan wasn't adult enough to take care of her with his savings, so he had become a bodyguard at a hotel club. He raised enough money to buy the girl and himself an apartment. Several months passed, and Weiyuan knew that to support a child they needed to increase cashflow. Xian's father asked the club owner for a quicker way to make money. Unknowningly, he signed up to help guard a human traffing ring. He had a long standing appreciation for women, and quickly tried to contact the police. Weiyuan had fled from the entire hotel-club, and ran towards the police station. He reported the incident, and was released a couple hours later after the police had gotten his statements, and sent a few to investigate the bar. With a bad gut feeling he checked his phone to see a voicemail from Xian's mother. "Hi dear no rush, just... going into labor haha." The flowery voice sounded in pain, but it was cheerfully saying how happy the new life would be. She told her which hospital she would be driving to, and told him it might just be Braxton Hicks. She knew he would come even if they were fake contractions, so he quickly flagged down a taxi, and told the driver to drive to XX Hospital. The driver had chose the fastest road to the hospital, but it was blocked due to a car accident... A police car had hit a smaller car, and with it the petite woman in it had been knocked unconsious. Xian had made it, but the love of his life was gone. He thought it was his fault, for causing more police cars to be out, but it was a combination of it all. He threw himself into the underground. He grew his 'business', and obliterated the trafficking ring that had caused him so much loss. He no longer had a polite manner of understanding to police officers. Instead of taking great care of Xian, he left it to different women who clinged to him. He loved his child, but it often hurt to look at him, who looked so much like his delicate mother, he feared that he would also disappear like the stem of a flower.

Yiyi hadn't given it much thought towards the villain, the author hadn't given many details about his family. Thankfully the author didn't, because if they did Yiyi might have gone crazy trying to protect the villain when she transmigrated. The girl hadn't recieved any protection from how scary life really was in her previous world. She had felt a strong urge to protect, and support the people around her. If she had known the villain had spent so much time enduring she probably would have cried many tears for him.
